  4. a full snow pipe would most likely require the complete reconstruction of the hills insurance policy. not worth it at all.

    Hey Ladies

dont know anything about the aura but women's skis in general seem to be comin up a few notches in the game. roxy's version of the BT's seem really fun like trev said. and last year the ARW actually tested higher then the ar6 in freeskier. more people liked the arw i guess.

    Hey Ladies

ok, so 85 is too small. i agree with that. and 105 is too big for everyday. i agree with that too so why not just get a 95 waist? or something in low/mid/high 90's
  12. this looks pretty damn fun.

    Hey Ladies

the average twin tip lady BC ski is a 95 waist. there are only 5 skis made out of 24 that have a waist of 100 or above. FYI. dont know about regular/non twin tip skis though.

    Hey Ladies

dont know much about the b83 ski combo. but it looks to be an integrated ski? if so, i wouldnt get it. what kind of money do you want to spend? and do you need bindings or just skis?
  15. yea i guess thats it. seems like they just kinda threw things together. more shaping was done last year. momentum looks even more horrible.
  16. coc is looking weak compared to last year.
  17. Ski Resort Operations (sao) and yea the setup was built at the school. we have our own cats/snowmobiles. got our own rails (those were ours in the rail jam). we have a xcountry ski track that goes around the town as well. theres 5 buildings that make up campus. that includes a shop for the cats/equipment labs and dorms. one of the buildings is also a dedicated bouldering/rock wall that we can use whenever. i got to get a picture up of our backyard setup sometime, its really sick.

    2009 Ski Averages

I kind of wish there was a database for this stuff to see the progression of skis over the years. This was the fastest/easiest way to upload them. I wanted to do it in a way that people can edit/update if they feel I did things wrong, didn't include certain skis etc. When I did this I found out skis come in decimals when it comes to length. So I rounded the average to the nearest tenth. If my information is wrong I apologize. Everything I got came from SKiPass.com i tried to keep it all twin tip or at least half twin. I didnt include skis like the salomon rocker and others because theyre not twins. still amazing skis though. and for the mens park ski. i only included skis that are available in sizes 170+ the reason you may see skis listed in sizes under 170 is because i couldnt find stats for their bigger sizes. Ex. K2 Silencer. so theyre listed in a smaller size but they still come in sizes 170 or greater. as for brands, i think i got all of them. theyre were some unique/small brands that i didnt include. all the major ones are represented though. some skis i included in both Park and BC just to cover all sides. an example would be the ARV and BT, pretty in between categories. 2009 Mens Park Ski Average: Mens Park Spreadsheet 17.8-85-110.2 Radius: 19.5 __________ 2009 Womens Park Ski Average: Womens Park Spreadsheet 115.3-82-107.3 Radius: 16.5 __________ 2009 Mens BC Ski Average: Mens BC Spreadsheet 135.4-107-125.5 Radius: 24.3 __________ 2009 Womens BC Ski Average: Womens BC Spreadsheet 126.8-96-117.1 Radius: 18.3 __________ if things are missing (like radius of skis) its cause i couldnt find them. nothing came up on google. If you want to improve upon the stats/spreadsheet. go right ahead. enjoy.
