ive been chillin at copper most of the week for sunsation. tons of free shows and some cheap ones that we get in for free. eek-a-mouse a couple days ago, matisyahu was last night, murs was the night before and george clinton/p funk was saturday afternoon, all for free. the day sam dropped that cliff was probably the deepsest snow ive been in. just wish my skis werent exploding, it mightve been fun. abasin is gonna get mobbed soon. open till june 8th.

bad news from CO... abasin didnt get their forest permit so they will be closing in a few weeks rather than in july.

im at leadville (lake county, neighboring to summit) not steamboat. steamboat is hella far from summit county. copper = 25 minutes breck = 45 keystone = hour abasin = hour and 10 winter park = hour and 45 loveland = 2 hours 15 minutes oh and vail = 40 minutes roughly

getting into the industry and getting jobs at mountains...for sure the school helps but you could do that regardless. with this school you just get a degree too. nick is right though. the school is really good for climbing/guides/medical certifications/and avy certification. well, i shouldnt say that. the timberline campus is good for all that shit. the steamboat campus is more business related i think. and you get to ski wicked good shit

if youre looking for a private, four year, prestigious school then dont come.
