I went up when I was a senior on April 10th, and it was amazing... Only took me 2:40 from ole Psi U... I just meant 3 hours for only Onteora was a bunch... Especially only the top half...

Afternoon update. Boyne is blowing the shit out of its ski resorts. Picture on SR's site is pretty badass. Loon may have the most open terrain by Black Friday. Their new guns are plain amazing. Look for double digit trails by tomorrow. Sugarloaf should be able to get open by T-Day. Haven't seen much else. I would imagine that the Bush and Stowe will both also be open. Anybody else have any updates? Belleayre? Hunter? I know Root will be going BF if they are open with even half a run... Go get it!!!

Is there any way to see a pricing structure to unlock day/month/year subscriptions so I don't have to download the app beforehand?

That does look like a huge test. There is no reason to test at the base beginner lift when they have one at the peak, especially since they probably have the best mid mountain option for opening in PA. Love the white!!! Have fun on Friday boys

Looks like we will have 3 t2b resorts in NE by the end of tomorrow if not earlier... Winter is Coming...

I'd get it then, and I'm not even going to be in the area until well after most PA/Skillz resorts close...

Looks like New England resorts will get a decent nights of snowmaking in tonight and tomorrow before a little two day warmup, but then it looks like shit will finally get real starting Sunday night. If the weather pattern continues on this trend, some of the other resorts may be open for T-Day, and the River/KMart could be T2B...

Did it not open last season? Is it the only true T2B lift?

Patience grasshopper. Snowmaking temps look like they will arrive next week. Still not at the seasonal temps, but cold enough to blow snow.

I've never used a seasonal rental, but I have heard good things. It will definitely pay off for you if you take the little guy out more than you expected too. I've got to agree with Shadows and say you should support your local ski shop. The skis will most likely be better maintained also...

I'm thinking the good cold temps will really set in after Thanksgiving in the Poconos. I see a decent temp Thursday night, but just marginal temps into next week. It will be marginal in NE at base elevations also. We really need the jet stream to change so we can have that cold air settle in for good...

Good news! Looks like some semblance of winter will be setting in early next week. While the temperatures will still be above the annual averages, it looks like highs in the Northeast will be in the mid to upper 30s while the lows will be in the mid to upper 20s. I expect some resorts to make a late push to open by Thanksgiving while Killington and Sunday River look to push T2B openings...

PASR is way more intellectually stimulating...
