  1. Yep. I hear it's still closed.
  2. That's probably a welcome sight to see.
  3. You know that's the most important part of Blue's infrastructure...
  4. Looks like Friday the first is the earliest day of snowmaking. I'm not liking the chances for the 2nd.
  5. Thanks Jeff. We appreciate your hard work.
  6. They still calling for 5-8" with some mix? Should start a nice base for the off piste stuff considering it will be awhile before its above freezing.
  7. Then I will have to back TTC6 as the next staff member...
  8. If I give you my vote, will you give us a mobile statistics page?
  9. I think it just opens up a whole can of worms if we want to classify equipment as discrimination. I definitely don't want ski bikes or sleds flying around the mountain. Most mountains "discriminate" against them.
  10. I don't think I flipped out. I basically just stated that I believe a business should be able to operate as they choose if they can financially support that business model.
  11. Storm is looking farty...
  12. I doubt it will be enough to get anything open. Foot max if we are lucky, unless colder air comes in.
  13. They've dialed back expectations a bit, but only time will tell. We can use everything we can get up north.
  14. Tapatalk makes it easy. Did you ever cross to the dark side Doug?
  15. That sounds ambitious...
  16. You'll have to travel to get that done this year...
  17. But it plummets Sunday night and they may get 6-10" on Monday/Tuesday. Works for me. I won't be there until the 4th...
  18. Looks like snowmaking temps return in earnest on Jan. 1 for Blue. Might only be overnight, but better than nothing.
  19. It's about time. Should start shaping up for my trip up in early January.
  20. Maybe it's next Monday there's a high of 22 up there. Either way, the sun angle should finally be swinging colder temps our way...
  21. I've got to imagine that 87 to 7 will get you to Mt. Snow or Okemo a little quicker...
  22. It's going to be downright chilly up in VT for a day or two this weekend. I bet they resurface for a day and then start pushing forward. Maybe even some natural coming in.
  23. I was just quoting GSS. You know I don't believe that either. I'd even be worried for the mountains in Southern VT. They don't have the elevation or the temps that the mountains Killington and up have the benefit of. Most of them have also blown on multiple trails to boost trail count instead of building a deep base. In most years they can expand trail count and the temps stay cold enough that they can resurface and build depths without anyone really noticing. Not this year. Even Killington and SR were melting out after the last stretch. Sugarbush barely made it though t2b.
  24. Everything before January is a bonus!!!
  25. Are there a bunch of businesses on the toll road? I drive it so intermittently I haven't really noticed or remembered...
