  9. any more chatter on this? was up to watch the enduro while I waited to pick the kiddo up from a beltzville water ski day - conditions were pretty slick so I wussed on riding/racing and hit trex instead. anyhow want to get up and ride for sure one of these days, anybody interested maybe Saturday? 10. oh that suucks... damn, wouldve be the perfect tool! saturday delivery? i'm on the fence , on one hand sounds like a fun day and feel like i should support it so they continue these events. but the weather looks iffy and i'm not a fun of greasy rocks and it i can't get anyone to commit to going. i see online regostration closes tomorrow night so it'll be a game time decision. anyone else considering going - toast, justo, gsssucks?
  11. fair to midland - food and prices are ok, service, meh. better if really nice out, with a good group of peeps or a good band is playing!
  12. Sounds like it could be a fun day https://www.bikereg.com/Net/labor-day-enduro

  15. maybe a few uf us could chip in on a rental, ride your xc/am bike on the less gnar stuff then pass it around for a few runs?

  17. I had forgotten about bill johnson, an American classic for sure. Thanks for posting!
  18. nice morning paddle & pedal yesterday on mauch chunk lake /switchback trail
  19. razor's is the greenest green you'll ever see from all the urea put down during the season
  20. nice! you may want to reconsider tuning so aggressivley!
  21. wheew... i though toast was ridin a chick bike!
  22. combination rail trail (compacted screenings/gravel) and road. i think the bike computer listed avg as 13+. i use the old hardtail as my "road" ride and do a bunch of rail trail riding in the valley and at the beach. i typically use 10mph for planning purposes including stops for pictures, baked goods and beers. longest rides have been 50 mi on D&L & cape may/stone harbor loops but it's a little rough tho, one of these days i'll ditch 'er for a cyclocross bike
  23. 1.5 hrs - mellow pace and mid fifties temps = not real tired or sweaty. a little gritty but nothing a washcloth, a bit of derodiant and a fresh shirt can't handle. that beers gonna taste real good when i get home tonight though
  24. great morning to bike to work on the old hardtail! nice 18 mi ride mostly on the nor-bath and irt rail trails - lots of farms and trees and even a covered bridge but a splash of urban is what really caught my eye
