I think so, some work better than others though, for example; it will slightly improve the picture quality of a non-HD filmed video and will greatly improve the quality of video that was actually shot in HD.
-
More like a book character.
-
I agree Youtube does suck but to get image quality a bit better type: &fmt=18 after the link in the toolbar and hit enter. It's YT's version of HD.

Someone needs to file the shit out of the single barrel at the bottom of the old half pipe. It's edge catch status right now.

USASA Boardercross Competition at Bear Creek January 31, 2009
TylerDurden replied to TT C6's topic in Bear Creek
Sorry my skill and greatness of a human being makes you laugh. -
The whole setup was dope status, to bad there can never be a competition of that caliber at Bear Creek.
-
Your Tindy? yeah an air bag would probably benefit you.
-
There would still have to be someone monitoring, or do you mean have someone standing them scanning?
-
Yeah, even though with my professional level skill it is hard to complete jumps if you doing anything but straight airing. They should take one of the table tops out and spread them out a little more. Or just move the whole park over to Timberline. Park was decent yesterday, park crew kept it live, but some of the rails were crooked and the handrail at the bottom has the potential to catch an edge for borders, due to its bumpyness from welds I guess.
-
Lets see them bro, there is a video now on boulders site, it's pretty sick.
-
What would alleviate much of this problem, if the the whole terrain park/parks was moved to the other side of the mountain, preferably Timberline. Due to it's wide slope and long trail it would provide superior conditions and since its not the first run that everyone sees, and it's hard to get to the top of it, it would keep many a non belongers out.
-
So conditions have been pretty good? I will be shredding tomorrow and don't want to be disappointed.
-
Is it Dan- Why the would you pay for something when you could get it for free? I look out for my best interest.
-
Bear Creek should follow suit.

This thread is more about bringing awareness of the dumbness of the Bear Creek Race Team, and just letting everyone know and be aware of the presence and danger they bring to the park. It's intention is almost like an anti-drug campaign, but instead of that, anti-BCRT.
-
Thats not bad^, but I am talking mainly about the little kids that ride through it every time they go down the hill.
-
Sickness son. I was going to shred the nectar today but I figured the lines would be off the surface wave magnitude scale. Later it might be better, less crowded, rejoice MLK to all my fellow brothers.
-
Whats your soul stealer setup brah?
-
Yeah, Bear needs to get their act together so people like Saurus; who just ride through the park and do not hit a single feature stay out.
-
Saurus, stop crying, and I would teach you how to ride but all my leaner freestyle lessons are booked. Realizing you don't have skill is the first step.
-
Yeah the kids and most of all the illiterate parents who cannot read the signs and allow, even promote them and their children going into the terrain park. It makes everything more dangerous and raises park rats blood pressures to unhealthy levels. And most of all deny the race team access to the park, oh yeah, and ski patrol to who takes little piece of shit learner kids into the park, this move completely goes against every aspect of their jobs by making the mountain more dangerous, not safer, get a clue. It just makes the mountain look unprofessional and incompetent to thoroughly take care of the park. ALL WHO ARE AFFILIATED WITH BEAR CREEK READING THIS, NEXT YEAR A PARK PASS MUST BE IMPLEMENTED. This would reduce unwanted traffic in the parks, allow a safer environment for riders who actually use the features, allow park crew to better maintain everything, allowing them to do their jobs more efficiently and would be the first mountains to do this, and would be a trendsetter. It would show that the park is serious and riders from afar would travel great distances to shred the park. With the raving reviews from big names, possibly bigger contests and sponsors would be attracted by them image of dedication to the park Bear Creek has.
