They had the lights on before, but not all over the whole mountain. Just in the Valley. Tonight though they have them on everywhere because I can see the lights at the top from my house. When they first put them on they go around clean the nozzles on the snowguns, check the lights, and maybe test out some guns. I don't think they will blow tonight (unless just testing out the guns), but by all means, not start making the base. Its cold tonight and tomorrow night and then it gets too warm for a little bit. It would just be a complete waste of money to start making the base now. Rest assured they will begin soon enough, and its just enough to get me psyched. It would be nice to see snow on the cam tomorrow though

I just came back inside from putting my snowguns in position for tonight. I noticed blue had on all of their lights This is always how I know winter is literally around the corner for our area.

From what I've heard on here in another thread regarding the same skis, they are in pretty rough condition. I believe someone even said they weren't even worth a fraction of what they are asking for. Someone correct me if I am wrong though....

I just came back about 15 minutes ago from Blue. I can't wait until they are open. This morning on the cam there was snow on the ground, but I guess thats from a passing snow showere or two last night.

Um, I just don't know what to say to this Dude, thats been like that since the end of last season. They just never took it off . Its been WAY too HOT to make any snow anywhere around here.

Proctor Jones is good. I've bought from them before. I never bought from Al's, but about two years ago I asked them if they would price match a set of skis for me. They did and they wouldn't match the price because it turned out the other shop was sold out of the length I wanted. But since it was July, they did give me a discount on them if I wanted to buy them, which I thought was cool.
