They had a story on WFMZ tonight about it. They were talking to Ray Tuthill about it, and he was giving reasons for the delay. He said it rained the day they first planned to do it, and then it was foggy the next day. So then they decided to do it today. He wasn't sure how long it would take but he said they would have it all done today, even if it meant working until 8 O'clock. If I remember correct the cost for the lift and installation was $4 million. They also said they installed the last lift themselves (Comet quad, I guess), but this time they hired people.
