My aunt was talking about this to me at supper tonight. I told her that I bought a pass this year and she said "did you know blue is for sale" and I just said I don't know for sure but I heard rumors about it, and she said that there was an article in the paper awhile back, but the only one I could remember was about the condos.

Ahem, didn't I once e-mail NASTAR about Blue ever thinking about holding NASTAR and them telling me to tell Blue what I thought about it? I even filled out one of those comment cards and told them to add it. I don't think they will do it on Raceway because what about people who are less expirenced and cannot handle that steep of a trail. I'm thinking they would do it on Lazy Mile or something else. If anybody here gets The Morning Call newspaper, look in the business section they have a whole write up on the front page and second page about camelback being sold. It also says in bold at the top "owner says no major improvements for the area"

For custom work on ski boots the only place I ever go to is Nestors. The boots are the most important thing and I want them done right and Nestors is one of Americas Best Boot Fitters. They know exactly what to do and I never had any problems with them. I only buy ski boots at Nestors and get work done on them at Nestors. For the price is will depend on what they do to them and how much labor was involoved.

Shes right you guys. I think the same exact thing this technically is poconoskiandride.com. We have all the pocono resorts and mountain creek which is in NJ, but we don't have all the PA resorts here. I mean what about Seven Springs, Ski Liberty, Ski Roundtop etc.

Yeah, I mean I'm all for supporting the local shops and all but why would you not buy them online if they are cheaper? Of course, nobody at my house will order them for me so I wind up buying my stuff at the shop.

My k2 axis xt's are a wood core. I've skiied on a pair of salomons but I think its a lttle iffy if the core will hold up long. I would be afraid it would lose its flex.

Did anybody notice that they haven't moved the Camelbeach fourm to the top and move the Camelback fourm down like they always do on the last day of the season? They must be slacking off over there or don't care anymore.

My cousin lives out that way outside of York there in a town called Abbotstown. I think she said her friends went to it last year.

You couldn't give me a pass to bear because its so small and I don't go in the park which I guess all bear is good for.

Got my paper in the mail today for blues early bird season pass rates. You have to buy them prior to June 16th I believe. The price for a student pass rose $12 this year to $322 for an unlimited pass at the earlybird rate.

I think thats because with older posts like the one above that was before they switched the server or something and not all the smiles work and the page doesn't expand the whole way either and it cuts off words. Yeah well, I love this message board way better than cb's it looks better and everyday someone posts something. We also have more people that post regularly compared to about only 2 or 3 out of the 1000 members over there.
