I always ride with the bar down. The one time I was at blue on the quad and the guy next to me wanted to raise the bar the third tower from the landing and 2 ski patrollers were on with us and the woman slammed the bar down and said how the week before someone fell off onto the rocks about the same place. She then added that they were unsure if she would be ok (she was also medivaced out of there) Another time it was just me and this old guy and he REFUSED to put down the bar so when he wasn't looking I slammed it down and pushed it down with my feet so he couldn't get it back up.

Might be up tomorrow but if not deffinetly saturday.

I sure hope they get lazy mile open for saturday. I guess it won't be long until they start on tuts lane and paradise seeing how they are working on falls.

Well I have never been made fun of for wearing a helmet except for these snowboarders at school who called me a pussy for wearing it and for skiing...not dissing any boarders here but maybe that is wrong with the kids at school who are making fun of me seeing how they can't do basic math or anything. On another note other boarders at school who wear a helmet are not stupid.

Also looks like they are making snow on homestrech, but maybe thats for later on in the season.

ha, I wounder what kind of fool would buy those Insomniac if you are serious about looking for a spare pair of skis I may have just the skis you want if your interested. I have a pair of k2 escape 4500 skis without bindings on. Used these for one season as backups and have less then 10 days total on them. Also have an older pair of 160cm head advantage skis with salomon 577 ski bindings. Bindings are old so you might want to get rid of them Let me know if you are interested lol they are just taking up space.
