SMFH. I was 2 chairs from loading the 6 pack and they shut it down. Apparently something on it needs to be fixed. A mass of people shifted from the 6 to the 4... off to the Main Street doubles I go.

Haha, I actually haven’t thought about the fact that people can’t go inside to eat or warm up for a bit is adding the lift lines.

Lmao. And literally next run down it was out of the coral. Oh well, got 8 runs in with sub 5 minute lift lines. No complaints, a fantastic late afternoon riding the mashed potatoes.

The VIP line closest to homestretch has been empty and brings you right to the front of the fence. Not more than 5 mins so far.

Yea my app picked up tracks thru the switchback and lazy trees pretty good.

They’ve definitely scaled back their park presence. They (Vail) let go of the head guy in charge of the parks/social media, and he’s since gone to Mtn Creek. A quick scroll through their IG page and it feels just like BBPs page used to with daily updates and video. A lot of BBP locals have started going to Creek. Id still rather ride Boulders parks than Blues or Bear Creeks, they’re just built better🤷‍♂️

Yea it’s legit. But like bacon said it’s a mini pipe. It was cut pretty well though.

Had a fantastic sunny morning up at JFBB with my cousin. One Park was pretty fun for a few runs then over to Floyd’s and Rivershot which were fantastic! Then we jumped over to BB which is finally up and running. Freedom has a fun little setup and Love Park is built with a couple big jumps/rails. Oh and they have a half pipe...lol. Lift lines ranged anywhere from 1-5 minutes so no issues there. “you know Boulders getting back to normal when the parking lot smells like pot again”.

So I got a shoutout today when I was there but didn’t get one yesterday when I was? Thanks Steeze. anyways, I was up at JFBB for a fantastic sunny morning.

Had a blast the past week or so riding the glades on riders right of switchback. Also, a cool little cut through (@1:15) that drops you off at the bottom of Lazy.

@GrilledSteezeSandwich took rope drop a little too literal and pulled the fence down at opening.

Got 12 fantastic runs from 130-4. Turnstiles were mostly full however both season pass holder lines at the 6er were empty and would put you right to the front. Which has be pretty abnormal this season. ROTD was the woods between Switchback and Lazy. Did 4 runs thru there to end the day.

Fun morning with good conditions. @theprogram4, @Mixilplix , @PSUFly and I were trying to figure out how many other snowboarders are on the site. We came up with @Schif and @EdBacon . I imagine we’re missing a couple others?

Good and fair post. Agreed, consistency is certainly an issue. For blues standards today was mostly good. But to Toasts point, inconsistent. Switchback was good! Paradise was brutal.

Blue makes awful snow. I’m not trying to crap on Blue because they’re the best all around mountain in our area, hands down. But they’re snowmaking is horrendous. Most of their guns look like they’re from the 70s lmao.

~~Karen voice~~ The “grooming” on the top 1/3 of paradise was unacceptable. Literally frozen marbles from edge to edge of the trail. Not a big deal for people on this forum, but for a green trail meant for beginners they need to do better.
