Guaranteed 3 members of the Blue Mtn Race Team are around the bend.

Completely out of control. At this one point yesterday there was atleast 3 dozen(!) of them all at the top of the 6 in the way. However, It was hilarious to watch my cousin get stuck in the middle of all of them, trie to waddle out of the pack and ultimately fall face first because of the little damn race kids. I was laughing in this case, but all too often they get in way and cause hassle. Are they always there both Saturdays and Sunday??

Haha you might think so from the coverage, but the snow was very nice!

My cousin and I met up at 8am with no set plans on where to ride. I was content with riding Blue, he threw out the idea of riding JFBB and we compromise on JF as I can’t really ride park at the moment. Im really glad he pushed the idea of JF because we had a very great time overall. Beautiful sunny day with no wind mixed with nice made mad soft snow. It was a nice change from the norm to start at the top of a mountain and it’s pretty cool how large the area at the top of mountain is. Since only about half of the trails were open we didn’t get the full JF experience but some fun trail regardless. We particularly enjoyed “Lightning” to “Rivershot” and also “The Challenge” which we went back to many times each. We didn’t enjoy the terribly slow lifts. Brutal. Overall a great day and we both looking forward to going back when there’s more snow.

I vaguely remember this now. How Ironic that it came around the time they were on a reality show.

Can somebody fill me in on what happen in the distant past?

Since I moved out on my own about 3 years ago I've never had cable. I couldn't even tell you the last time I actually played a video game, but I use my PS4 everyday for most of my entertainment. I use the Netflix app and the YouTube app for damn near everything. On YouTube I watch podcasts like Joe Rogan, MMA Hour, Joe Budden etc. etc (all long form 90+ min video casts). Plus ESPN, Fox Sports and other shows always put up 7-10 minute show segments from that day. I watch live sports thru piracy streams... please don't hate me.

Was up this morning for a quick 12 runs. I took off of work and was originally supposed to ride Hunter, something came up so I settled for Blue. I also forgot to put on my underarmor base layer and never got warm. Not the best day of riding...bah humbug. lol I shouldn't have gone so early, it was starting to soften up on my last couple runs.

Blue Mountain Parks put an Instagram post saying they're closing comearound park for a couple days so they can blow snow, build a base and do a revamped park build.

Thanks. Yea man like I said in a previous post, the Kaatskill flyer is a great lift. 1600' of vertical in 6-7 minutes with potential 5 minute long runs to the bottom.
