The snow is terribly slow+ I haven’t waxed my board in awhile. All good though it’s april! Some kid asked me on the lift if he cares if he smokes. No problem. The kid whippes out a bag of 10+ prerolls! That was a good lift ride. I was contemplating walking the rails with some jibhonks but they weren’t too welcoming when I said what’s up. Too cool maaaaaaaaan.

I epoxy the ish out of my edge. If it holds great!! If it doesn’t this could be my last day. First chair up right meow.

I’m definitely not getting my hopes up. Contemplating heading up after work.

Today was a blast! A little cool in the morning but quickly warmed up and softened up. I rode from 8-1030. The new down rail is fun. Grabbed a coffee, talked to enjoralas dad for a bit then went back for session (2) and noticed i messed my board up AGAIN and never went back out! F***. Im going to have to do some maintenance. Spent some time in the lot, met Sally and a few others and hung with everyone for a bit. It was nice meeting all of you this season! To the people who will be up next Sat I look forward to seeing you and the people who wont i look forward to seeing you next season. I had to rep BWest today!

I played hockey my whole life and if your able to I urge everybody to go to a professional hockey game early and watch warm ups from right behind the glass. it'll give you a far greater appreciate of the skating and shooting speed.

Hey all. Had a "topping out" party at work today so I got a chance to get out of the office for a change. I guess this is common for larger scale projects. I ended up walking the site and took a bunch of pictures, unfortunately I never made it up to the top floor to take a picture overlooking NYC, an absolutely BEAUTIFUL view from Jersey City, 40 floors up. ALSO(!), our superintendent (who I call/email everyday) asked me to help him grab something from his car, sure no problem. What do I see?! 3 pairs of skis. Turns out him and his son are skiing enthusiasts who have a cabin at Elk and ski there every weekend. He invited me up sometime and mentioned they are taking an extended weekend at Loon this weekend.
