  1. Not at the top, you end up at the bottom where i'm talking about. Think where the slush jump goes and you'll have the idea.
  2. they are alright. everything I hit was pretty smooth. Most stuff is square coping though instead of round...
  3. park: 1:small mailbox 2:c-box 3:small rainbow box 4:battleship setup (3 flat boxes into a battleship, smooth) 5:A:15(?)foot flat box B: ride on, on the ground flat box. Inch off the ground, good for kids or messing around)2 of them, one right after other. A+C: Flat rail. Can be hit after the flat box(A) 6: A: Flat down box (small flat to longer down) B: Flat box, landing on the last small headwall I think that's it but maybe I screwed up somehere
  4. Nah That was a general caution to everyone. But I just hit cannonball again and it wasn't terrible, not great, but I'll take it on opening day. Just got off boomer couple cookies here and there but still fun
  5. Be careful if it's your first day out and/ or aren't still fully comfortable on the slopes. Lots of humps and bumps, don't bomb cannonball without checking it out first it's sketchy as hell
  6. Bunny.. That's it
  7. Wouldn't hold your breath for lightning and smoke but maybe..was too warm for snow last night and looks like none tonight either
  8. Word around town is Tuesday?
  9. The base area could be deceiving in terms of coverage...there isn't any tall grass or anything to cover there, just some flat pavers. good luck to the snowmakers up there tonight...single digit wind chills. edit: Those white lights all the way left on the tower are new additions, they weren't there a few days ago when the webcam was working ( it was down for a day or two for me not sure about everyone else). The smaller whites go along the skiers right side were already there though (atleast since the webcam came back online last week or whenever it was).
  10. Thought I'd point out the bright ass white lights high in the sky to the left of the screen on the webcam. http://141.151.100.10:81/view/index.shtml
  11. This man speaks the truth Edit: The inspector is a good guy, I hear, bet it doesn't put him in a good mood when blue was talking about a possible opening on the radio before he even got there to inspect
  12. I'm sure Saturday is a possibility, have to see how the snowmakers do tonight and tomorrow. Problem is winds are supposed to be 20-30mph tonight and up to 20mph Friday night...not good for snowmaking.
  13. Looks like Whistler, Spike, Mainline, Bunny, Cannonball, White, Boomer, and Smoke maybe? . Can't forget about how much snow it's going to take to fill up that lazy river though.
  14. Sno Mountain has teamed up with "The Ski Corner" this season. "The Ski Corner @ Sno" will have everything u need right on the mtn!! Sno's Twitter
  15. I know that idea has been thrown around on here before, hopefully that means Sno is listening to the people that matter, the customers. I hope that the plan actually happens.
  16. woah...i hope you haven't passed the limit of telling 5 people a year about Sno. We have to keep those lift lines down the way we like them, got it?
  17. My guess is that "small jump" you are talking about is going to be a take-off for one of the boxes that's going to be placed into the big park. The good thing about the tabletop jumps that are in the small park is that you can go as big (to a certain point) or as small as you want on them, depending on your level.
  18. Lightning was pretty awesome today..the bumps seemed to have a better rhythm to them than usual and it was all fresh (packed) powder. Not an ounce of ice between the moguls. My guess as to why the bumps usually are shitty towards the bottom is that's where it starts to get steeper. People make nice small turns up towards the top but once they get to the steeper section they make longer turns (slides) and that doesn't make for good bumps. Just my guess as i said.
  19. Come on now give him a break, you know papa just wants every mountain to do well and just wants to see Sno succeed in every way possible.
  20. Saturday
  21. Funny i was just talking to a guy on Saturday that was having a great time up at Sno who was a season pass holder from Greek Peak. He couldn't believe the snow conditions compared to Greek. Long Haul opens at 5pm on Friday nights and is open all day on Saturday. It closes at 5pm on Sunday.
  22. Mainline has some easier stuff now that makes it a bit more fun to learn (i know it's been that way a day or two but i'm just getting around to talking about it). It would still be nice to have a ride on longer flat box set low to the ground like the short flat box though.
