Saw a ski tote today!
-
I found a four pack of those freakish ipa's you drink. We'll have to bring some bottles up to enjoy with our complimentary sandwiches
-
Heard blue was making snow last night
-
I had 3 days of no-ski between return and getting back to blue. Slacker city and AARP age so no apologies needed.. TP4 for hard core King! Ok, I need a nap now
-
10 year anniversary run!

You may not be able to fly out the 5th... You should probably work on that "cough" at work right about now

Nice deal. Try Craig's list or some such cause you need a bigger audience to move them fast (the end days approach) -
Damgerous Gore conditions last week

Skier death occurred at least 6 days ago. Very sorry for family. But it has nothing to do with conditions reported this past Friday. Couple of blue regulars up there this past weekend loving it -

Is Warren Miller a member there too? -
Did you check out the updated daily snow report (link above)? Bring the fattest skis you got!

Cham review? Moments are awesome but are stiff so I know what your getting at

You may be in for some good storms. Hope you get it https://opensnow.com/dailysnow/tahoe Any days at kirkwood?
-
Nah, sorry. Day 3 was firm but particular chutes were still primo. Days 4 and 5 were mid 40s corn after the 10AM thaw and mucho mucho fun. Last few runs of the day were off of chair 10 into the stunt ditch. Perfect way to end it. We all met up at 2:30 and drove into south lake for happy hour sushi/saki/ beers. Random scenery shots of the cirque and Lake Tahoe Sux to leave but looking forward to going home. Be at blue this weekend

Breakfeast and lunch is blue collar cheap. Condo got kitchenette for breakfeast and lunches eaten out of pockets (beef jerkey and power bars). Dinner is at 7800 club (slope side and and non-vail mountain resort facility) . Booze has been pre purchased

Thx but no. Old fart and empty nest with a little cash. Defer to TP4 etc for real hard core crew
-
Local friend with my old crew. Not many pics because they ran hard. 3rd civilian chair off of lift 10 to backside. Lotta runs then moved to front for many powder shots before traversing from chair 6 to palisades bowl boundary (where pics are taken) finished the day running laps on soft bumps under chair 6. Quit exhausted at 3 Can see chair 10 lift in distance for how far traverse was Run of day was 2 man chute. Had junior free style championships today launching off of fawn ridge. Those kids are remarkable.

Had friends coming in later and was going to wait for them to do the trip down to kirkwood from Reno

I think heavenly reported 30" out of this storm. The good was conditions were great. The bad was all of Nevada side on windhold so the lines were HUGE. The ugly was $135 for a lift ticket. No motts or killi canyons which have not been open since the storm. I started shortly after 9 lapping the woods off of Powderbowl chair. Frickin awesome Went up to canyon lift and started ducking the rope after a patroller said it was a "soft close" due to wind hold on sky express and no Avy danger. Snow in exposed areas was slabby but fun, trees were wonderful.. Lapped Ellie's and and sky express lift line Bottom line, did not plan to ski today but the dumpage was to much for me to ignore. Gotta return rental car now and uber to kirkwood for 5 days with my old crew! We snow enthusiasts lead a blessed life!
