  1. Take it to the Negative Nancy thread!
  2. Everyone's free to do with what they want with their money, whether it be an intelligent decision or not... 😉
  3. Yeah, screw the light the candle sticks, they're worthless. The stuff won't adhere and will be gone the first few feet you ski. If it's a true core shot (see right through the base to the metal/wood), get it to the shop and they'll use a welder to fix it properly, unless you or a friend have a welder to do it.
  4. As long as nothing's draggin', carry on!
  5. And the current ones! Never have to worry about anyone wanting to steal them. I get my money's worth outta skis and jackets!
  6. Skis are tools, not jewels! Out of the box and into the rocks!
  7. I was gonna say "this weekend"
  8. TR at the 12 hour after mark.
  9. Better than the usual, having a picnic 20' down from the top of it so you can't see them until you crest.
  10. To SUJOPO to?
  11. Yeah and poor Rodney gets caught up in soaked snow and hole at the bottom of the Falls and gets injured, neither of which were marked. Great job there SP! Go figure...
  12. You don't have one handy to say which it is?
  13. Yeah, I like adjustable ear straps too.
  14. Gotta watch the width of the belt too. If too wide, it'll just keep popping off.
  15. This cover right here should be it, me thinks. Probably a bolt on either side.
  16. I have faith that you're well capable of fixing it. If you can operate a zero-turn lawnmower and make lines like that, you can fix this.
  17. I couldn't find any belts locally. Had to order a couple, hopefully arriving before next storm(s). Everywhere I went yesterday in search of one, people were like "Yeah, you and 20 others...", "Sold last one about 11am this morning.."
  18. Sorry, jump to end skipped over these posts... Sounds like belt broke or popped off, same thing w/ mine. Pull the blower go handle and she moves, pull the auger handle, no movement. There's typically a cover on top of the unit just behind the exhaust chute where the belt resides, held on by a couple of bolts. Loosen the bolts and pull up the cover to check the belt. Post a pic of your blower (LOL)
  19. No rhyme or reason to BM SP... My GUESS is that since CS is technically a trail, SP is supposed to check it for obstacles (LOL) and clear it, but the SP at top didn't get all clear yet. WTF knows? Like we listen to SP anyway...
  20. A few years ago, we rode up with patrollers and specifically asked them about the woods/bike trails and they told us then that they're no longer restricted, so I guess technically skiing them anymore isn't considered "poaching".
  21. How breathable is it? I'm in search of something that filters, but doesn't inhibit airflow as much as the one I currently have. Breathing during exercise with it on is like trying to suck a golfball through a gardenhose, so obviously I can't suck hard enough.
  22. Ended up between 22-24" here, depending on measurement location. Did half the driveway, plow push, mailbox with snowblower w/out issue. Son goes to do other half, makes one pass, "Dad, it won't blow anymore snow" Belt shot. Trying to find one locally now is like trying to buy a generator when hurricane rolls through... See the shovel over there son? Meet your new blower!
  23. You seem to be learning a lot about snow lately!
  24. Plow push in front of the driveway is almost 3' tall!
  25. How is the thing in black skiing uphill? The other two are going downhill?
