This is true! They seem like a good group. I don't know anyone that ski's or rides anymore so ill take what I can get at this point! I just don't want to experience it alone! Hahahahaha

I would love to go in Jan, but I just started a new job. I won't be able to take vacation till Feb. Jackson Hole has always been my dream. I finally found a few people to go. I'm just hoping its worth it at that time of season! I hear its the place to be for US skiing and riding. I want to experience it!

So I should try and maybe go late feb early march? Seems like it would be better. More possibles for storms and better conditions.

I'm thinking about going out to Jackson Hole in Mid March. Any thoughts? How good is the snow out there during that time? Do they still get a decent amount of snow in March?

Haha thanks Ride Deleware! Doug is cool by me! I never met him, but I remember talking to him awhile back on the forum! Seems like a cool guy! Hope I get to meet a lot of you! I commute into Hampton Jersey which is near Clinton from the Lehigh Valley for my work, so my week days are busy for the most part, but my weekends are free. Doug, to answer your question I lived in FL for a little, and in NJ. Almost moved out west in Jackson Hole. It didn't work out though. Would have loved to live out there. Only bad thing is the golf season is cut short! I think I could deal with a short golf season skiing & riding pow 6-8 months of the year

Hey everyone. I use to be on this forum about two years ago. Never got to meet or ski with anyone, but I'm looking to this year. I just recently moved back to the Lehigh Valley and am going to be looking for people to ski and ride with this winter on weekends at Blue! Hope to meet a lot of you! Happy holidays!

Was curious if anybody is up at whiteface. They've received 26" in the past 36 hrs and forecasted for another 2-4 later in the week. The slides are open and yesterday's picture of the day, and today's picture of the day looked awesome!

It's beyond crazy out there. 122" in 72 hrs at alpine meadows and they're still getting more snow I guess from what their site said.

58" at kirkwood and 30+ at mammoth. Geeze!

Ive done nothing but nights up there for years but after an early AM session a couple weeks ago I do nothing but 830-1230 sessions. It's worth waking up at 6:45am. Maybe I'll reduce my risk of knee surgery by charging AM sessions now lol. AM sessions are beautiful. So smooth and fast. By 1130 it's usually starting to get bouncy.
