Sweet dude! I had been having similar pain on the top/inside of my knee when biking and running (especially downhill). Sit with your leg elevated so the knee isn't bent if you are watching tv or sitting at a desk. Icing it after exerting yourself and taking naproxen 2x per day helped me a bunch. Anybody taken their skis for a tune/wax to the shop at blue? I have so much going on this year I don't have time to take care of 3 pairs of skis. I'm wondering if 1) they do a good job and 2) is the price decent? Buckmans is kind of expensive and you have to wait forever to get them back, plus it's an extra errand.
