Great day! Thanks everyone for an awesome season. We made the best of what Mother Nature gave us for sure. I keep cracking up thinking of running the luge track that was the top of sidewinder with Tay Tay blasting. Highly technical descents were laid down all over the mountain today.

Found a screaming deal this morning and ordered a pair of those Chams I demoed at Taos. I went with the 97's at 178, so that I can make slow deliberate turns. This will not only be a great ski when I'm with my kids since I can make a million turns with them, but I tested it on every possible type of terrain on low-tide conditions and I loved it.

I remember dissecting some little piggies in HS. Damn that's crazy that you see dead bodies at work, but makes sense.

Had a great time today! Enjoyed skiing, drinking and joking around with all you guys. Even that guy that screamed at me couldn't put a damper on this beautiful day. Still have a couple songs stuck in my head. 1) the song from Glenn's car "ooh baby I love your way" that was on repeat for like 10 times before anyone noticed and 2) the CSNY song with the high pitched shouting at the end "aaaahHahaaahaaa!".

If anyone wants any lessons I am a level 2 tuber, pursuing level 3. Passed the written, working on the sliding portion.

I didn't know about the hiking options! That is sweet. Another awesome scenic railroad is the Cumbres & Toltec that runs between Chama, NM and Antonito, CO. It's an old school narrow gauge RR that goes over some sick canyons and all around mountains and stuff.

While we were on vacation, my wife was like, "let's move to Taos or Durango". While that sounds awesome and all, the old jobby job situation would be a problem for me. Plus my kids aren't Hispanic enough not to be discriminated against in Taos.

Durango/silverton RR? Always wanted to ride that.
