  1. good one dude! you got me on that one. obviously you looked through the thread and with the intent to bash on someone. you're worthless.
  2. I can. But no. I haven't owned rollerblades probably since I was 9 and I honestly haven't used them since it was required that I did it 5 years ago in gyms class. If you have anymore questions for me I'll be happy to answer them. k bye.
  3. I think it's too bad that the cool thing to do among people who need to boost their self esteem is to rip on the overall skiboarding population. Like I tried to say in a nice way above, probably 95% of the people who do it suck when they're in the park. I've been skiing in the park for 3 seasons now but as a former skiboarder of 2 seasons doing park prior to that I think they are a CHEAP set of "training wheels" for people looking to do rails and jumps on twin tip skis. I'm glad I picked them up for a while because they were cheap, I learned to do rails, jumps, and I feel I'm able to adapt to new terrain quicker because of it.
  4. Parking garage for the hotel guests and one for employees with shuttle services at shift changes. Nothing too tall and crazy but i think with adequate elevators it might solve some problems. You wouldn't have to plow as much and you could even have partial indoor shaded rail jams in the warm months!!!!!!! With the slant of a garage you wouldn't even need an inrun!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!!!1!11!!1!11
  5. And that is a definite display of your ignorance. He is correct when he says it's skiboarding. Skiblades are known to be the skinny worthless brand Solomon makes that they call Snowblades. Skiboards are wide and generally 80cm-100cm. And to MOST, not all of the skiboarders at Bear. IT'S NOT IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD. Step your game up and better yourselves. JESUS!!!!!!! But anyway Boyer that video was hilarious. I think I watched a lot of those falls happen 2 years ago.
  6. --> QUOTE(Matt B @ Feb 1 2007, 11:04 PM) 132157[/snapback] the comp was a lot of fun the onlly thing is we gotta work on a new way to tell when someeone is going switch cause i did a switch 720 and they didnnt know it was switch they even said it over the radio and the judges didnt know but good work park crew the jump was amazing ggggggg im a skier but i thought it was just common knowledge to give a little wave to the judges or the announcer if you're droppin' switch. i know thats how it's been in past showdowns but i guess it wasn't established at the start of the comp.
  7. i can't imagine someone getting so bored that even the arcade wouldn't satisfy them. tell them to bring some quarters though because the area 51 game gets addicting and has a way to suck a couple bucks out of your pocket just to get to the boss.
  8. a glade run or two might work for the back side to let the trees shade it some. just put like 1 double down the back
  9. i think a high speed lift would congest the top of the mountain too much. on weekdays it would be nice but weekends would just be a mess
  10. as i was told today. Andy is going to try and get the big staircase setup later in the week, if not then the weekend is a possible goal. if anyone is wondering thats why those death boulders were chillin in front of the wall ride to get pushed over. as soon as thats all sorted out the wall ride will get set up. if everyone can just hold on for a lil while longer you'll see what we are fully capable of. expect to see the rails on the side of the trails go out shortly and have different rail lines. As more snow piles up expect to see more of a selection of jumps and unique rail set ups.
  11. for your number 2 request. last i knew we have access to half of it for the rest of this season.
  12. i commend you for not showing that fool your strong hand. will people ever learn? doubt it.
  13. because it's the most popluare trail and they wait to blow on it at night when it cant piss anyone off
  14. some of both actually but mostly the snow issue. since that is a popular trail with everyone right now and not just for park riders i would imagine if cascade gets too much traffic and we get some brown coming up that we'll move a couple features to black bear til' we get blowing temps back next week. wow big horrible sentence. dont mind me. ALSO! What did everyone think about the staircase setup. that biatch took forever to dig out!
  15. they blew last night for 9 hours dude
  16. leaving in about 1 minute.
  17. looks like somebody is up at the box workin on it so it might be andy
  18. yeah i dont think cascade favors spectators. it seems like alot of blue riders are taking advantage of the last 2 weeks and milking the whole blue is better than bear (for once) thing for as long as they can. i welcome the shit talking because once we get some white stuff i'll feel sorry for those guys MUAH hahahhhaHAahaHAaahaaaaaaaaaa.
  19. they is gone
  20. i'll be there but i'll be slaving away in the rental shop
  21. they're blowing right now and should be all night and into the morning if possible.
  22. so is that basically a no for this season for an intermediate division?
  23. its not off-topic at all because getting a novice, intermediate, and expert divisions NEEDS to happen. Any comment bearcreek_chick?
