I would rather hit the rails here because I dont like the icy landings, rutted lips, and inconsistency of the jumps. Out west all I hit was the jumps because they were super nice. Im also more scared to huck myself over a big jump spinning then slide a rail.

It isnt the best bear creek on there I dont think.

Ill break out the gaper outfit if others do. Last year at blue's I wore gaper to the max and was a little disappointed because I was the only one haha.

I just got back. It was really good, especially hiking over the vasquez cirque: real steep with good snow. Also the terrain park was fun but I barely spent any time in there. Mostly I stayed in the area of the chutes off Mary Jane and the trees around Eagle Wind. In both places it was pretty easy to find stashes of powder.

Im going to be there from thursday and for the rest of the weekend.

it looks like it is going to be freezing in winter park when im there. Maybe then it will b more empty.

What is even better than snow plow is the jump carve but crouched down. Sort of likepeople in the 20s on wooden skis

It doesnt look good. By the way isn't that supposed to be an intermediate park. I hope they change it back so every jump you hit doesnt have to be big. The only jump that is fun to dick around on is the one on timberline on the boardercross course. That wasnt very good as well. Too bumpy, short, and not enough features. Tonight they had to stop skiing early because of lightning. Why the hell should there be lightning in february? Messed up shit...
