Pretty dense bands coming through the area shortly. Wouldn't be surprised to see 3-6" fall in the next 2-3 hours. Some of these weather forums are cray cray right now with people blowing their loads over this.

That is my plan.

The website says it is a 'natural snow trail'. I can't imagine anything more natural than this. I heard him yelling and just kept skiing. Round two was just as good as round one.

Still dumping here. I'd be willing to bet that we have another 12 hours of snow in our future based on the radar and current storm movement. Hoping to make it up to Blue tomorrow morning as well.

Add to it! The stoke market was incredibly high today. Glad we got to cash out. I still feel giddy. I haven't given that many high fives in a while. You're welcome.

Ski. If the roads are bad, go back home. Not worth the risk, if you don't feel safe. The trail will still be there tomorrow.

Just got a weather alert that they are calling for an additional 12-18 on top of what we already got here.

And it was fantastic.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully things get squared away for you and the crew up there.

My chauffeur just dropped me off in the middle of the road to get back home. This morning at Blue was one of the most memorable days I have ever had there. Holy cow. I ended up skinning to the bottom of my road to get picked up by @AtomicSkierfirst thing this morning. An absolute magic carpet ride. The drive to Blue wasn't terrible since there was a bit of a break in the weather. Once we got there and got out on the snow there was about 8-10" of snow on the ground. Pretty significant delayed opening because of chair icing up and needing to be spaced out. Once the lift started spinning we knew we were in for a treat. First run was down Razors and the only other track was from ski patrol. Next run was down Challenge which had tracks but was still silky goodness on the sides. After that it was a game time decision for the next run and I wanted to hit up Coming Soon. There were 3-4 tracks down coming soon and so I followed them in. PASRs followed behind. The top was a bit wind blown but still very skiable. Once you got to the last headwall that dropped into Paradise it was heaven. The last headwall offered endless powder shots. So good we did it a second time after. The turns on the last headwall are fantastic. I wish I would have taken out my camera to take pictures or video but it was just too boner city the stop the bouncy, flowing turns through the titty sparkles. Overall it was a 12/10 day. That. Fucking. Good. Lots of PASRs in the house. All of us came back out to the lot with smiles the size of dinner plates. Beers were consumed. Stories were told. It's a good day to be a skier in PA. I hope others post video and pictures that they took, because today was a gem π Fuck. Today was fantastic.

Rather be in the lot than on the road.

Fat flakes mixing in....

A township truck came through last night around 9. Dropped cinders in 4β of snow. No plow even on the truck. Nothing since π€¦ββοΈ

Still dumping. Hard to tell how much because the wind has picked up significantly
-
Correct. Throw it out? I already ate it.

3.5-4 here. Some of the lightest snow possible for PA
-
Sorry to hear that. Glad you got out though.

Now I'm hungry.

Conditions should be good all week. You will still benefit from it!

Snow is still falling here. Wind is picking up and it seems like the snow is too. We have about 2".

You're probably correct. It will be, but probably a delayed cluster by the time people dig out and get themselves there.
