I'm glad I didn't buy an Icon or Epic pass this year. I considered it, but looking at how we are trending (again) it doesn't look like I'll be wanting to be in an airport, on a plane, in a gondola, or tram anytime soon. I'll deal with it for a year if I don't travel anywhere and I'm sure we will still all make the most of the skison regardless of what happens.

Our beets are coming in nicely this year. We planted a mix of Detroit Red and Golden. This is just about 5% of our total beet crop. Pumped to cook these tonight.

Till or turn the soil 12-16” deep immediately before planting. That will give them loose soil to grow freely. Once the plant is 6-12” out of the ground, mound dirt around them so the potatoes stay covered from sunlight.

I can't believe that we are still having conversations about closing high-risk places and wearing masks while confirmed cases here continue to spike and the EU is pretty much under control - comparatively speaking.
