Those republicans are idiots. PA is a success for how this was handled for having two major cities and being so close the NYC. Of course things could have been handled better but they could have been a lot worse. You can only do so much with with information and you have. Still crushing it compared to most states.

You are allowed to be in small groups and sit at tables together. It limits exposure to anyone beyond your table. The rationale behind the distancing and outdoor seating at restaurants is to prevent people from congregating closely indoors. You've been to LT or other places on busy nights. Its like sardines in a can. Sitting together in small groups at socially distant tables isn't much of a concern at this point... as long as you are going with people who you know are being as cautious as you have been.

Nothing like getting a lime slushie from a dairy farm ice cream stand.

I have zero interest in being inside a restaurant or bar. Even a bit skeptical about outdoor seating right now. I want to see how these first few weeks go.

I have no idea. I didn't expect places to open up and ease restrictions as early as they did so to see these trends now is not a good sign. I've been super busy with work lately so I haven't been able to read more into this, unfortunately.

The second wave is occurring in some states way earlier than it really should.
