  1. He’s just mad that his tits are the same size.
  2. @enjoralas @Justo8484 @AtomicSkier
  3. I think the only person that is qualified is the king of over-analysis… the one and only @Ski2Live Live2Ski
  4. That makes sense. Get you and your girls an Indy Pass again. That seems to have worked out great this season and there are minimal blackout dates at most mountains.
  5. 3 years ago now. Damn. Seems like yesterday.
  6. I was riding the lift at Catamount with some guy who was talking about this Bousquet spot and said it was worth checking out if ever in the area again. Awesome to see a report out of there. Well done! Are you getting an Indy next year?
  7. I sent up smoke signals at 7:00. You must have missed it.
  8. I’ve never said those words. Skis to snow +1
  9. Welcome! Sorry to hear the Epic/Vail fail is making you leave your ‘home’ mountain. Buttttt, anywhere but camelback. That place is a circus. Blue and Montage both have their draws but I enjoy Blue more just for the better terrain. You will get more runs in at Blue than Montage because of high speed lifts but Blue is definitely more crowded. Montage always seems eerily empty. Just my 2¢.
  10. Last minute decision this morning to head beyond Montage, past Vermont, and cross the border to hit up Greek Peak. I saw the forecast calling for lake effect snow showers throughout the morning so I was hoping that the rain that we got overnight was snow up there. Left a little after 7:00 and got there for opening. Once I got beyond Binghamton it was a steady snow. Pulled into an empty parking lot and was pleasantly surprised with 4+" of snow that had fallen overnight with snow still falling. Redeemed my Indy Pass and was on my way. I had never been here before so I started out hitting trails off of the #1 lift since it was the only thing spinning. Best run over here was Olympian, by far, but everything else was good too. Depending on when things were groomed or wind the depth of the snow varied. Olympian was top notch. After some time here I saw that lift #4 was spinning so I scooted over there and by the infamous oil rig lift. Even less people over here since this zone just opened. In between heavy snow squalls some sun started to poke out. Trails remained empty and every run had untracked snow to be found. Got to the top of the lift to see that GP East was closed and was kind of bummed about that. Best runs off of this lift were Hercules (which I think I might have been the only person to even ski it since it was closed up top except through the glades) and Labyrinth. After some runs here, I got to the top of the lift as they were opening GP East. Jackpot. The whole place was untracked and I did 6 runs off of lift #5 with almost completely untracked turns each run. Some of the best meadow skipping I've had on the east coast topped off with a little booter onto the last headwall. A few more random runs off of the other lifts on my way back to the car and then called it a day in early afternoon. Overall 10/10 day. Would recommend. Not saying much, but this was definitely my best day of the season. JADIP 👌
  11. Just bought my Indy Pass for next season. After 5 days of use, and hopefully some more this month, it was an easy choice. They have a payment plan that spreads the payments out until next season so it is ~$25 a month and isn't even noticeable on the CC. Pumped to keep checking out some new spots and old classics.
  12. Sounds like another great trip! I saw lake effect in the forecast here this morning and decided to gamble. It’s been good, snowy, and empty.
  13. Last minute decision to chase some lake effect snow this morning has paid off 👌
  14. This thread is dumb can one of the mods delete this?
  15. Sure, I'll put it on the agenda for the next staff meeting.
  16. Wow thanks for holding him accountable for his words. Lesson learned. Nothing gets by Ridge.
  17. Wow doubled toast post. Thanks! Today was decent. More firm than anticipated. Full sun. Lots of snow left and although Spring is in the air, I’m hopeful for another month of good skiing.
  18. Yeah I’ll be getting it again. I’ll get my money out of if this year but I’ll plan better for next year.
  19. Love it. Thanks for posting!
  20. Sad about that spring-feel but you gotta embrace it because it can sometimes be some of the best skiing and scene all year! WTGAI. I might try and get up there tomorrow morning.
  21. Sunday 2/27 Pulled into the lot around 8:00. 2nd row, decent amount of people, and a lot of race team folks similar to a Blue Mountain weekend morning. Cold 10 degrees but full sun. Redeemed my Indy ticket from the window and then eventually made my way to the lift after checking out the facilities. 8:30 opening and a few dozen people in the lift line for the start. Most of my first runs were spent on the NY side of the mountain, skiing Glade, Catapult, and Chute which was ungroomed. The snow that they got the few days before opened up some of their natural snow trails - thin, but still skiable. After that I went to explore the more mellow side of the mountain since lines were starting to form at the quad. Trails on the MA side are definitely nothing special, but the glades were skiable and fun. Everything under Walter's Way through the birches was pretty fun. A few free base grinds and slow lift rides sent me back to the NY side. Stopped for a quick beer, took a few more runs on the NY side, and then called it for the day. Monday 2/28 Pulled into the lot around 8:30 for a 9:00 opening. Same deal as Sunday but with significantly less people. The place was a ghost town and I was pretty much riding solo all morning. Most of the morning was spent on the NY side on Sidewinder and all of the little trails that shoot off of it like Fishers, Shawenon, Marty's. The snow was great again. Good grooming. Just some really fun runs on this side of the hill. Before ending the day I hit Catapult a few times since that is such a good steep groomer. Back over for two runs on the mellow stuff and then ended my day to head home. I would definitely come back here again, especially with a better snow year and all of their natural trails open. It definitely seems like some significant investments are being made here with new lifts going in, new trails being cut, and snowmaking upgrades. They definitely have some interesting old school fan-gun-looking things at this place.
  22. Completely forgot to recommend Warehouse. Cheap everything, but still good shit. We ate and drank there often. Glad you found that gem. Crystal lounge is good too. Usually cheaper pitchers of beer compared to other places. Decent wings. Just saw in your second post that you went to Crystal lounge. Nvm.
  23. Wow. That’s a great deal either way.
  24. Nah I wanted to go to Mohawk on my way home but they didn’t open until 12 on a Monday which is odd, so I just came back to Catamount and it was a good decision. Maybe next year 👍
