So far from everything that I have heard about these games, they should be interesting, to say the least. From accommodations, to event site issues, to the 'city' itself, there has been a ton of crap going on. Hopefully things aren't too spicy there and Sochi City turns out to be Boner City! Go USA!

today would be the day to be there!!

it changed over from snow to a wintry mix here around 5:30. Then it was a wintry mix until 7:15 and now its all sleet and freezing rain. that's just a few mile south of there, so i'm sure it was similar at Blue.

miserable outside today. i wish this was all snow, but i guess ice is better than rain.

Yeah but it sucks when it's because of ice. Then the skiing sucks too. Hopefully this can give us a super solid base for any upcoming storm this weekend. And I hate talking about an upcoming storm because I don't want to burn it out. So I won't talk about the weekend storm until after this one.

Power outages suck.

They have been pretty good. And actual have a meteorology background. There is hype, but what would the weather be without it?

I really enjoy that hill. Lots of variety. Especially from the quad all the way over to far skiers left.

The Horstman T on the Blackcomb glacier is pretty legit. Way steep when you hit the top near 7th.
