  2. Opening tomorrow? Who is in?
  3. Nah I have good genes.... They actually fit.
  4. The joys were over 5 years ago when I bought my first place. I still enjoy it, though. Especially after building this house. A much different experience. Is still rather come home and do something rather than sit on Facebook or every message board known to man. I really enjoy keeping a nice yard and making improvements. It's not for everybody, though. Some people like it, and some people would rather spend their time at Sheetz.
  5. looks nice!
  6. looks better than Boulder.
  7. let me know. I'm probably taking mine to my guy this weekend. maybe he can do yours too?
  8. just saw this. sorry. I came home from work and got right back to work installing garage door openings. ltd.
  9. wow there is a ton of snow there.
  10. I have a good friend who is one of the engineers on the project - last i heard it was off for 2 months. I also heard that they might just turn 22 into a parking lot and divert traffic to 78.
  11. I would still like to see some pictures to get the stoke flowing...
  12. I got out of work a bit early today, which worked out well since the snow was really falling hard this afternoon. I got to Blue mid-afternoon after a long drive on crappy roads home from work. I guess that since a lot of people had off from school today, there were a decent amount of people there. Again, the snow was awesome. I'd say they got about 3" of snow out of this clipper and it made everything even better than yesterday. I guess when you get 4 snow events in the last week it makes a huge difference. They are still blowing on a lot of trails. Even with the crappy weather this weekend, I would imagine that they can be 100% around Christmas or New Years. Anyway, since my last post in this thread was a huge hit and got 2 replies, I figured I'd try to replicate that with more pictures and report. After that, I got home shoveled the driveway, and decided to earn some turns since we have had quite a bit of snow fall to cover everything up. First descent at the new house! Figure eights! "peak" elevation of 891' and I finished at the driveway, an elevation of 850'. I could have taken it to the back end of the property which has an elevation of 839'. 41 vertical feet of PA powder turns. Be jealous.
  13. heading up to Blue?
  14. I hope the forecast is wrong by 20 degrees.
  15. ~2" here at my house. still coming down.
  16. Here's a quick little report for all of you who actually read reports: Blue was good this afternoon. I got up there and it was pretty empty. There were blowing on a lot of trails - Raceway, Razors, Challenge, Razorback, Terrain Run, Finish Line, the top of Lazy, Main Street, and the bottom of falls. There were guns all over tubing, but none of us really give a shit about that. The snow was incredibly good this evening. Even the firm snow was very carvable and smooth - nothing like I remember skiing before at Blue. The snow that fell the other evening really helped a lot. I don't think I'll be up until next weekend again. Maybe a night session if I'm lucky. Here are some pics, if they work. see you suckas soon.
  17. There's some irony in here somewhere...
  18. ok, Doug, stop tainting up my thread like you do every other.
  19. You're right. First pump!
  20. I love how updated they are keeping us this year. Whoever is doing their PR and marketing is doing a fantastic job, thus far.
  21. 6+ inches up here. I would guess more.
  22. Doug, are you skiing tomorrow morning?
  23. not yet. 2.5-3" right now. i would expect at least 5". its going to be hard to measure with this wind, though.
  24. Good amount here and still coming down.
  25. Sorry to hear that
