ya never know. i'm hopeful. i'm not huge on the idea, but i think getting people up there year-round is their goal right now - and i think that's a good goal to have.
-
does it matter? you don't ski there.
-
i will be back next week. i've been sick since friday and really haven't been feeling myself. i finally went back to work today so i think i'm in the clear right now. hoping to pull a strong finish next monday.

Thinking of trying somewhere different. Depending on 'holiday' pricing...
-
wtf? that's not a holiday. thanks for that, though.
-
sounds about right.

there also might be a stronger storm coming in on sunday. i'm hoping for saturday night instead of late sunday, but i'll take either as long as i get to ski in it and it isnt rain.

Brighton is a sleeper - we still got knee deep turns there days after a storm. Sorry you judge your mountains on vert. Like said before, Utah sucks. Don't every go there so there is more for us. Yeah I can't even imagine what the access road was like into that place before the olympics. In a way, i wish it never would have happened because there would be so many less people there. A buddy of ours who works there said its turning into the Bird since they sold 10k+ season passes for $425 this year and all the people in SLC bought passes there so they can gape it up after they gape up the Cottonwoods after a storm. (he is a jaded Utah local now, but selling that many passes has to bring in a lot more people than normal)

i'm thinking of heading up Next Tuesday, the 19th. $10 tuesday!

potential for another strong storm this weekend. thursday-friday maybe if it hits early. hope for a northern track so it doesn't head out to the atlantic...

yeah it sucks don't ever go there. The Basin is raising their prices. You used to be able to go there and pay $61 for a lift ticket. Now I think they are mid $80s from what I remember this year. PowMow is still the deal and if you know where to go (which you do) then its game on.

let me know. i have a few vouchers.

good ole' supply and demand...

Blue had about 6"... no more than that. Kinda hard to tell with the wind blowing everything. I measures 5.25" at my house in Bethlehem.
-
2" on the ground here. Coming down at about 3/4" an hour.
-
This really is great. But Doug, somebody who hangs out at Dorney park every other day seems kinda odd... Wtf do you do there? Suck it, Toast.

i'm about to puke. i feel like shit. at least my fever broke.
-
i saw a flake go buy as i walked out to get the package UPS dropped off.
-
I agree. Localized 10" areas but I don't see more than 6" for the LV. I'm sure boulder will report 33".

SNOW FRIDAY MORNING WILL PROBABLY CHANGE BRIEFLY TO SLEET AND RAIN DURING THE DAYLIGHT HOURS FROM NEAR ALLENTOWN EASTWARD TO NEAR FLEMINGTON AND SOMERVILLE NEW JERSEY. THEREAFTER... THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED LATE IN THE DAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT WITH ONE TO 2 INCH PER HOUR ACCUMULATIONS. NORTHERLY WINDS WILL GUST TO 30 MPH CAUSING BLOWING AND DRIFTING. THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE OF A THUNDERSTORM WITH THE SNOW.
