don't spend a cent until it is actually done. there can be a lot of talk and nothing to show for it, or it can be a lot of talk and actually something to show for it.

everybody can say, right now, that it is going to be sick. with the way camelback has performed over the last few years, this is going to be something that we will have to see for ourselves during the season instead of believing the talk that they will have an amazing park, and not seeing anything come of it.
