Blue Mountain the True Mountain!!!!! that is actually one of the more challenging trails that Blue has. there are always tons of people all over that you have to weave around. check it out. its like a double diamond on weenends and a green circle during the week.

i was there too and everything was fine. especially the park.

i dont get why you will be there more when sidewinder opens... i still havent seen you do anything.

i dont know how many times this has been said... but no it will not be opening this year. they have it cut but there are no lights and no snow making on it. because of Ray passing away over the summer there was a little set-back in the construction.

they were grooming out paradise today. hopefully to blow more snow on it. challenge STILL needs a bunch more up top.

Just got back from a 2 hour session at Blue Mountain the True Mountain. Conditions were luscious first thing this morning. grooming was nice except for the top of main street were there was a nice 3-6 inch ridge in the middle that you could get tossed on if you werent paying attention. new trail additions since yesterday morning include: Burma, Connector, Chute. paradise should be open very soon. tons of snow on that and still blowing. razors still has nothing. challenge is nice but the top still needs a bunch of snow. sidewinder is maxed out with its snowguns all blowing full force. lots of snow on that. if the temps allow and they have to ambition to do so, it could easily be open for this weekend. switchback still has nothing on it as well from what i saw. thats about it. ok time for me to study for the last final of my life. ever.

yeah they are pretty nasty. they cheat though. i'm pretty sure they will be up there today around noon... kevin will at least.

you are correct. i left the slopes at 10:42 but my watch is 3 minutes fast, so 10:39.

st. lukes and LVH also have courses about once a month.

tomorrow i'll be up at 8:30. when i get back i'll post a report and let people know if there are any new trails open or if they should be disappointed again. haha.

its true. i just got recertified a month or two ago. but i guess thats kinda a requirement for me, eh? i think it costs money to take the course but i'm not sure since my employer has always covered the costs and provided the training.

that whole situation for both of them is unfortunate.

pretty cool that Blue lets you ski every saturday or sunday at 7:30 AM... regardless of having a season pass or if you are just a weekend warrior buying a morning session lift ticket and renting snow blades.

haha yeah i was up there until 10:30 and didnt run into any of you. must have been in the park or something cuz i was riding main and lazy the whole time. and yes, it does support cars. my car was sitting on a sheet of it and it didnt break through or leave and tire marks. crazy stuff i tell ya.
