  1. well one of them is the lady who cuts my hair so I wanna be on her good side and the other one is a BBG and former bouncer so also want to be on his good side. If it was anybody else I'd tell them to go suck a fat babies balls
  2. I always liked stowe better..more sustained steeps and most of the good woods at stowe are off the map. Both stowe and jay peak are both good places to visit last minute as the weather is so fickle in northern Vermont between wind, rain and -20 below temps. My first time to jay peak was during the great ice storm of 98. Me and my friend Ben who went to SUNY Binghamton went up in his Ford Explorer sport..it ended up raining the two days we skied so we then went to Montreal and spent two nights there during the ice storm...hit up Peel pub and club supersex. Then that march I hit jay peak again after like 3 feet of snow and it was incredible..skied the face chutes and lots of woods...I sadly threw out pictures from that day back when I moved.
  3. I know two Dallas fans who are jumping on the eagles bandwagon SMHerman
  4. Back before a took a second annual ski trip out west I used to take a weekday ski trip to Stowe when Blue closed..some years it was spring conditions, some powder and a few times was death cookies...stowe has the best terrain in the east..it can also be crowded and expensive.
  5. Right now you get about 3.5 dirhams per $1 us https://lovindubai.com/best-of/get-falafel-in-dubai
  6. Wrong..it's not that expensive for food over there..it's affluent but the cost of living is not that high..I watch a lot of Dubai vlogs. The cost of Falafel would actually be way more in a place like San Francisco. Same with the cost of rent. Also realize there's no income tax over there.
  7. Truth you know the old big spruce chairlift went higher than the current lift. That's back when you could ski over to smugglers notch.
  8. I looked it up Ski Dubai is $74 for a lift ticket but there are discounts available. I don't see Xanadu being much below $40-$50 for two hours.
  9. Nosedive is the easiest black..and there's skiable woods on both sides of it..hayride and centerline are also both groomed black diamonds. If you want to try a long natural bump run try Chin clip off the gondola. That's a neat run. Also there's some really fun blue trails off the big spruce chairlift.
  10. I even have wax on both pairs of my skis now for the first time this season.
  11. Nice I bet you've been studying the trail map a lot. Lots of good woods at stowe.
  12. I don't see weed shops being in malls...anyway it won't be as fun as skiing Blue on a normal day...the run at Xanadu wasn't even gonna be as long or steep as vista. They need to build a legit indoor ski area like ski Dubai where there are multiple runs, a midstation and even a black diamond that's like a shorter Main Street.
  13. How were the conditions at Camelback?? Maybe your skis need a tune.
  14. I was planning on spending my bday at Xanadu about 8 years ago. I definitely wanna check out mountain creek since Eaf said it's better than blue mountain.
  15. Mou trying to figure out where there's a chairlift right by the beach. Maybe in Jamaica.
  16. Yup Atomic Jeff is not a weather person and he's just gonna jinx it...post about snow that's fallen not about snow that's forecasted...
  17. Kyle did you have fun at Blue??
  18. I don't think Salty works on his skiing. He just tries to get back to the lift as fast as possible for his stats and then hopes to navigate the liftline quickly with both poles in one hand. When the lift stops it must drive him nuts. Yeah staying occupied during downtime is good. One season about 11 years ago I used to ski with an iPod but I haven't since. Right now I'm on hold with my bank getting info for my accountant it's brutal..I'm on hold for the third time over a very small amount of money...
  19. This is a saltlick..anyway Camelback must have been bad the last two days since there's no report.
  20. I wonder when they're gonna start bumping up challenge and nightmare.
  21. She's legit. She used to be a CFO http://www.vistalodge.com/team.html
  22. How were the conditions the last two days???
  23. Yes she was lurking where Atomic Jeff usually parks and then spoke to us for about ten minutes. Apparently they've received some complaints about tailgating so she was going around and talking to the different groups. One solution is to make an area way in the overflow lot for tailgating with picnic benches and fire pits and they'd run that little golf cart shuttle back and forth for us. I'm not making this up.
  24. I slept the better part of the last five hours. That was nice.
