Opening day at Alta.

By Wednesday they’ll have enough to open…the challenge like most years will be staying open. Blue has to realize the next 36+ hour snowmaking window might be all they get then next couple weeks so they really have to focus their efforts. I can’t imagine that kind of pep talk the snowmakers are getting from the top executive but it better be motivational and inspirational!!!

Based on the webcams and their FB reporting I think you’re wrong but maybe they open Saturday instead of Friday. Right now the wet bulb is above 28 and they’re blowing..very aggressive.

They need to get decent production tonight, Monday night, Tuesday night and Wednesday night to have a shot at next weekend. This was the only strike they can afford.

@saltyant the blue website says high of 36 and low of 26 today which is good. They’ll only have to turn the guns off for a few hours late morning until evening.

The worst is when you have one of those Level 4+ emergencies and it’s not even that impressive of a turd…never fear it’s prob one of those now and later Jawns. Just as you’re back up and ready to leave the poop sauna…round 2.

This is really good I knew the humidity was low but this is an earlier start than expected. The stoke market is rising..it’s November and snow is being blown and this is not a test..this is grate!!!

What’s always amazing is that Most of us can sit through slow moving traffic and a couple red lights and I guess the muscles do what muscles are supposed to do but literally when you’re opening bathroom door you have like 3.5 seconds or gonna be a giant shitty mess.
