  3. Joy pump it up pump it up and pain louder louder sunshine here we go here we go and rain…Joy sounds like a Diva…can’t just be part of the Beagles..needs her own Addendum, must have cost a fortune on Merch, especially if they charge by the charecters and a lot of charecters in the Beagles, I heard old ladies were flashing their titties at the show outside the Princeton library…darn hippies.
  4. I wondered why barely any people were at the demo tents. That’s lame.
  5. They keep putting the slow signs closer and closer to each other on lower main. And half the people actually slow up there which makes it more of a clusterfuck
  6. Let’s hope Blue blows snow next week. It’s supposed to be 50 degrees and rain Sunday and then cold all next week. It seems like they haven’t been blowing much the last few weeks.
  7. Hey All, I’m back from another short morning session at Blue mountain the true mountain. There was a solid inch of new snow on the west side of Allentown and about a dusting new at Blue. It was overcast and in the upper 20s with light winds. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Johnny Law, Laws brother, C1er, Bethlehem ford crew and Jeff’s friend Nick. Second civilian super summit safari six pack, atomic Jeff managed first chair…Main street was a nice carpet of machine groomed packed sugar…lipstick on a pig but great initially. Up the quad and challenge was very nice a little firmer. I skied the three times in a row then back to Main Street which was mad sweet and low. Coming soon was not that good, cookies and crunchy… I went back to Challenge and a lot of the cookies below had emerged, amazing how much conditions change in an hour. I ended my session on razors which was pretty nice and scored some fresh cord on Razerback. All in all a nice session but I wish they ran the OG six pack during the week. JADIP
  8. Wow that was a nice report. I’ll have to google exactly where the place is.

  11. That snow looks great..amazing what a couple inches of fresh snow will do.
  12. Nice report!! Did you have any issues with altitude sickness I heard if ears pop chew gum or pop in a Zyn
  13. I have a little PTSD from the Root Roller on challenge and no I’m not gonna email Jim Doily
  14. @saltyant I just went out to my car to grab a beer and it’s starting to snow. What’s it doing in your hood?
  15. Thanks PSUFlyGuy for the beer earlier..it was real good…and I don’t mean to be a complainer in reports but I wanna be real with it..as much as I don’t wanna drive on sloppy roads tomorrow AM..additionally frozen precip be it snow..sleet..will help and maybe just maybe it stays snow a little longer up in carbon county
  16. If he’s allowed to leave the state/country lol
  17. Hey All, I’m back from a fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot before 720am and it was in the low 20s under mostly cloudy sky’s. In the house was everybody except Dirtwolf and Salty. First civilian six pack to challenge which was pretty nice initially and the big roller in the middle got me..luckily I’m an agile mofo so no carnage but I don’t like that roller. I skied challenge again then Main Street which wasn’t that good. Kind of scratchy. Coming soon was ok and lazy I skied for the first time in like a month..just too slow for me to enjoy. Challenge was now thick sugar, not that good with boilerplate below and sidewinder with all the root rollers was super crowded and icy. I ended on Burma which was super slick. I’d say aside from the first few runs it was some of the worst conditions so far this season but before my JH trip blue had a couple weeks of great conditions. Let’s hope tonight’s freezing rain and sleet helps but I feel that Blue is cheaping out on snowmaking, I’m surprised they didn’t blow any overnight. Now at work, I have an appointment at 130 for art changes…groan JADIP
  18. Good: the mountain despite being busy at times still steep and if you can ski well you’re rewarded that’s sort of soul of a lot of the top places. And if you don’t know don’t go.. Bad: I don’t love the delayed openings and some of the classic rock flashbacks slap but most should be retired or set in a vault like the take a load off Annie song..sorry not sorry
  19. Good: the Food…always medium to large portions bubbas always delivers next trip I’ll do breakfast and dinner cause their brisket third to point Phillips and @enjoralas and so many sides. Mangy Moose: always good even with medium alcohol beer..their brisket cheesesteak elite for sure
  20. Rumors..and they can do a hotel or condos/quarter shares whatever but not within a certain distance of the Appalachian trail in the valley no problem but they wanted to tie hotel and condos in with slopeside and it was shot down. My dad even signed up for the email list for the condos I didn’t have the credit score back then for mountainside living and now I can finance a boat and a mail order bride and I don’t care for the salt lyfe
  21. Camelbacks always sucked…I just think it’s sucked worse this year. Almost anybody would do a worse job running Blue…if Vail buys Blue you’ll miss these current times.
