  11. My parents think It's awesome and I continue to save money. They stay at the Hyatt place in Bethlehem when they visit allentown and charge it to the company.
  12. Living in a hotel is my dream. I'm ok with accounting but marketing is where I'm a whiz. I'll talk business with you whenever you want.
  13. I'd speak to an accountant about your specific situation but the tools would likely have a useful life of about five years so therefore you would write off 20% of the purchase price of the tools every year for the next 5 years.
  14. Remember when Johnny style won a ride in a groomer??? They can write off the labor and depreciation on the equipment used. As for write offs on the groomer it would actually be a write off of the depreciation so if the $200,000 groomer depreciates 20% the first year they can write off $40,000 of their net income to balance out the depreciation expense.
  15. We had to in high school and college. I sometimes read a book when I'm on a plane but it's hard to when there's available internet.
  16. Yup except they don't open until 830am during the week. I tend to like taking off thursdays and then can party rock Wednesday night for karaoke, sleep in and then go to Blue. Unless it's a pow day during the week I don't even need to be there for first chair You always post a book reference lol
  17. It's called Barbs Bush after blue mountains owner Barbara Green
  18. Every business expense is a write off.
  19. Smart of Blue to lower their ticket prices.
  20. I wonder if killington will be able to get superstar open for the World Cup races thanksgiving weekend. Temperatures look bad. RideDE probably has more inside info from his leaf peeping friends.
  21. Way to get after it!!! Most of the PASRs who are blue mountain season pass holders are at Blue weekend mornings and some nights during the week. Every week I make a roll call thread...you should ski aspen mountain and aspen highlands as well both great mountains.
  22. That's the big news really. Maybe if they brought back twice daily grooming that would be big news. Anyway new trail Barbs bush will open for the 2018-19 season if it 2017-18 is profitable and Blue remembers to work on new trail.
  23. It's no longer a terrain park a darn shame last I heard shadows was living in the school bus lol
