I don't think I've heard that song before. I really don't listen to much music. They sort of sound like the Strokes. When I started working for the tombstone store 13 years ago the office manager always had B104 playing and I couldn't deal with that so I just buy her Arbys and Taco Bell and keep Diet Pepsi and string cheese on demand for her and no radio at work. Some of my friends have music or TV on all the time and loud at that. I pretty much live in silence except in my car and when I watch stuff on YouTube or Teton gravity. I'm gonna find some pictures. Summer for me has been fun so far saw new chick Monica twice this last week and about 5 times in the last three. Here's her picture.. So far she's sang two songs with me. Eminens Superman and Lil Wayne, Drake and Nikki Minaj hit from 2015...Truffle butter. I did drake she did Nikki and both did lil Wayne. Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul would have been impressed.

I looked them up they're from France and were on SNL...what's their most popular song that would have been on the radio?

I've never heard of Phoenix....the karaoke DJ went to the 1975 concert which I also never heard of. I'm becoming like my fourth favorite Hall and Oates song.....Out of Touch

Skifreak Joe Forte doesn't know..he's a ski instructor but that would equal $8,000 per year per hotel room or about $22 a night per room and that's just local taxes. I'm sure there will be some sort of nominal 1-2% fee that goes to the local chamber of commerce towards promoting the area but most hotel taxes go to the state. I would think occupancy would be in ththe 40-50% range adjusted out for the entire year. Also Joe Forte was saying that the new hotel would be below the summit lodge even though all the drawings are above it. He was saying things like the benefit of the hotel is to get people to experience the great outdoors....OK..he also said because the last two seasons were bad don't expect the new trail to open. I don't think Blue mountain ski resort in its entirety pays one million a year in local taxes..it's likely a couple hundred thousand so why wood a hotel pay a million...dude is talking out of his ass. He should stick to giving Segway tours -

Joe Forte continues to stress how important the hotel will be for the local economy saying it will add up to one million in additional tax revenues 75% of which going to the local school district which I imagine is Palmerton. I have no idea where the million in tax revenue comes from just from one 120 room hotel..doesn't seem plausible. -

I think it's going more towards a combination of quarter shares and hotel rooms. -

Joe Forte who is a ski instructor at Blue also has a pretty lively discussion on his Facebook page about the proposed condos. -

I think they want to sell condos and timeshares to get money upfront. I wonder what the hotel rooms will go for? I'm thinking in the $150-$250 range. -

I'm glad there are gonna be regular hotel rooms. That's what they need. I know they lose out on wedding business due to lack of nearby lodging. -

They should build the hotel at the bottom like they original planned 10 years ago. Then no issues with the Appalachian trail and easier access to the six pack and lower lot scene -

I personally like alpine slides better then mountain coasters. I used to ride the alpine slide all day at camelback. I know I first was there with the JCC camp when I was about 9 and only rode it twice and I chose to go there for my bday and did bumper boats and the alpine slide at least a dozen times. I've also been on the alpine slide at Stowe before and it's fun but not as good as the old camelback one which was like 630 vertical feet and almost a mile long.

Totally going off at ABasin...Pali lift reopened today...apparently yesterday wasn't that busy but today the lot was filled up by 9:40am and like 15 cars got towed from highway 6. This video shows the two feet of mid May Pow!!!! This guy Johnathon Buckhouse really gets after it and he's only 25 and married with a kid on the way. I didn't even buy my first shower curtain until I was 25.. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=r9AVI6F9Q10
