  1. Are all true except I've never thrown up in JH.
  2. Jon Olsson spent last week heli skiing in British Colombia and now in Japan getting after insanely deep powder. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8HDsMeVB3ik
  3. I haven't bought food at blue yet this season. Did you say they did away with the BLT at the lower lodge cafeteria?? I'm waiting for the chicken and waffle stand to be open.
  4. I don't think the free ride scene at Blue is as prevelent as back when you Justi and T Maki were dominating the park a decade ago. Remember they used to have 70 foot booters..Blue mountain was known for their big dawg booters.. Lame that they no longer have a half pipe at blue. Was always a good place to find powder.
  5. MomSkeez you have the corn chowder? Maybe they'll keep sidewinder with no features all season. Would save a lot of money.
  6. I'm sure there's some sort of woman's program or something that they stayed open for.
  7. Jackson hole mountain resort has received over 300" so far this year and in a week Atomic Jeff and me will visit JHMR again. My 14th trip, jeffs 10th and TP4 will be joining us for our last 4 ski days and his second trip to Jackson hole. My Montana friend says he's gonna visit as well but he's as flaky as dandruff. Will powder be skied??? Will I get to buy pro skier Lynsey Dyer a waffle at the top of the Tram. Stay tuned!!!!
  8. Looks like a return to seasonal weather end of the month. I'm just happy blue was able to open all the terrain open and this weeks weather isn't crazy warm. 40s maybe 50s and a little midweek rain won't do much damage and this weekend looks absolutely beautiful. Some nice bumps I'm as well.
  9. That's a lot of vacation and personal time to use. Anyway see you Saturday. Looks like nice weather this weekend.
  10. Will you be able to get any midweek days in??? Not for how long their season is. Anyway Stowe knows they're the best in the east so they charge accordingly. Same goes for Jackson hole.

    Elk 1/14

How steep.does elk allow tailgating in the parking lot? Camelback does not.
  12. It's what people will pay. Breakeven on a blue season pass isn't bad. The costs to operate a PA area and pump all that snow is expensive still a lot cheaper than the almost $2,000 Stowe and Jackson hole get for season passes
  13. Well Sunday night tickets are only $30 and regular night tickets are $40 so it depends on the sessions you see and some of us paid 6-700 for season pass so breakeven varies. I bet a large percentage of season pass holder buddy passes go unused because it's not really publicized

Heard that on a commercial lol they are out of their minds. Aren't you allowed to ski in the woods in Vermont and don't Vermont areas have faux tyrolean base villages???

    Elk 1/14

If you don't get to Blue by 745am on a busy day forget about getting a lot of vert. Yesterday and Sunday was 7 runs first hour and 6 second hour..if I would have stayed out a third hour would have been down to 4 runs tops and the VIP line can get long as well.

    Elk 1/14

Nice report!!! I didn't know that blue is only 45 minutes less drive than Elk. The slow lifts have kept me away from Elk.
  19. How was Floyds?
  20. No montage reports in the blue thread...
  21. The trump flag today in the lot was over the top but the cowbell by the West Chester crew was much appreciated!! Heady Topper is some good mofo beer!!! #Truth
