I would love to ski vista to get to midway and Main Street. If they open vista only I am staying home. You can write it down in case NMSki accidently backs into the Internet.

I don't know why every season you say a vista only opening would be great when 95% of the time they open with Main Street. You can't even get any decent speed on vista.

Vista only opening is a disaster..not enough lift capacity. They only did that once in 2012 when ILikeIceCream was out on rentals. Wow just wow it's a conspiracy against you. You said big Boulder was even better Sunday than last week right??

If the forecast holds true they can have their normal opening Monday. Blue if you are reading this don't open with vista. Lift lines are to silly with vista only.

The only thing is that they were desperate to open last year as that Monday was already December 21st...this Monday is only the 12th...we shall see. I would assume they wanna open with the normal stuff easy out vista, midway, lower Main Street and Come around park. And by next weekend lazy falls homestretch shuttle and tuts lane.

31 right now at mount pocono with high humidity...camel and blue could get a few hours of marginal snowmaking in overnight..they might be skeptical with midweek rain in the forecast. Possible round the clock snowmaking Friday and Saturday!!!

I might be foreshadowing a bit but if the forecast temperatures hold Blue mountain the true mountain will be announcing an opening in about a week...been a long offseason but the second I boot up will be like it was yesterday. Also just booked Jackson hole for 1/24-2/1 and they are getting dumped on with more to come...stoke market is rising.
