  1. Was that on snowblades and the only reason I didn't ski Burma my first time out is cause I didn't have snowlerblades. When I saw that trail map I thought golly Burma is 4500 feet long...after easy and vista woo over a mile of excitement. Amazing that there's a run over a mile long on only 800 vertical feet☺️ Burma used to have a mini headwall midway down that they got rid of. For newish skiers and riders like their first 5 times out I think the middle section of lazy mile before the hard right then is tricky..we use it to get a few extra miles an hour before the turn and flat to falls and they hold on for their lyfe...and it starts off so mellow...the second left hander can be a serious bottleneck as well. Call me a purist I sometimes like to ski the whole mile.
  2. I skied Burma my second time skiing. Lazy the third time. There wasn't lazy mile back then and I didn't go down Main Street till my second season. Anyway I don't see never Evers spending $200 but I could be wrong. And the point is with this deal people can't do anything but easy out and vista their first three times or maybe the valley school at the base as well.
  3. JFBB Dan called it.
  4. What stinks about the beginner deal is by day two or for sure three skiers are gonna want to go on Burma and lazy mile and paradise and they can't with the limited lift ticket and also a lot of first time skier don't want to commit to three days.
  5. Fences, lift towers, howitzers, outhouses and trains in the backcountry.
  6. If you go to Burger King get some zesty sauce. Won't bring you down.
  7. Are you on your new skis empanadas
  8. Remember everybody before I open the doors to the bus there is a return bus at 3pm and 430pm not 330 and not 4. If you are in the mangy moose to long there is a town bus every 35 minutes or so and its $3 and you need exact change or you can buy a 10 ride ticket for $22 at the loaf and jug or albertsons..Jackson hole from the top of the Tram is for expert skiers and riding there is no easy way down. It is unlike any mountain you have ever skied before..there are natural and man are obstacles..please ski with caution...there is a return Tram to the base every 15 minutes if you are a pussy or herb touron...there's also waffle sangs or corbetts cabin and bathrooms for pussys who won't pee in the woods...everybody have fun....cue the sound of the skibums mating call yee haw how oooo
  9. We can meet up later in the day...remember no friends on a powder day. When my friend Tom has come down to Jackson hole it's tough to get him moving in the morning...I think the last time was the earliest we got to the mountain and we pulled in at like ten of 9 which meant by the time he was booted up and had pass was already 9:15. By 9:15 me and Jeff are already on thunder chair. Fuck I usually wake up before 6am and breakfast at 7am bus at 8am and in line with doobie don and lifetime regaee at 8:35 I blame toast and atomic Jeff...I want the PASRs to be better about it this year. Can't wait for them to buckle on first run though. We kitten said she's gonna come out and ski with us this season and blue and I'll take a few slow runs with her. Two different girls I met recently are interested in learning how to ski well one skied in high school. I'm all nice saying sure I'll give up my time on the slopes and help it's the least I can do to give back to the sport but come ski season I know I'll blow them off. I'm a type 3 extreme type skier don't have time for magic carpets.

  13. When are you going? I'm not booking my trip till they get some snow. Maybe I'll book around Xmas.
  14. That has zero to do with the forecast. I'm shooting to be sponsored by Jackson hole this season.
  15. Nice report. Hunter west is sweet. Annapurna is a great run with a double fall line.
  16. Nice report and pictures..how long was the drive from sugarbush to Maine. I remember Burlington to sugarloaf taking about 5 hours..to the Portland area much quicker.
  17. Possible snowmaking Sunday night gotta hope for clear sky's all this cloud cover the temperature doesn't drop as much at night. If it's 50 and very clear sky's this time of year the temperature can dip well into the 20s under clear sky's and light winds. If the air is heavy and moist with cloud cover overnight the temperature barely goes down into the 30s. Only the highest pocono peaks could see some snow showers this weekend. Long range has lows in the teens the following week.
  18. That would be smart of them. One day only the pre October 31 price. A guy I know at the bar who gets a weekday pass still hasn't even bought his.
  19. Ahhh get it out of the way before ski season.
  20. JFBB is right even about the vape juice.
  21. Wait $20 worth of canned goods not a specific amount of cans.
  22. It could happen. PoconoOceanCity is pretty confident.
  23. Operation blizzard is in full affect and I'm feeling farty
  24. Let's do a PASR day at Elk...Rodney Slim and the MILFs love it up there.
