Making money off others work is the ultimate. Right now as I lay here on my couch I know that one of my dealers is likely selling a lovely memorial stone. Sure we have to do all the work from here out and pay a commission equal to about half of our net profit but the dealer collects the Johnny Cash...
Best people to hire would be a guy married with kids. They're more stable less likely to quit at lunchtime. But realize for laborers if you are paying under $15 an hour u probably aren't gonna get the best people.
But if you pay to much you don't make as much. It's a balance.
Nice my office managers kid goes to Kutztown which isn't that expensive mayb $20k a year and she's gonna still be like $30k plus in debt with her mom paying half and scholarships
Well he was till like 1999 but he's more into golf. He just really likes work..I don't mind work but if I didn't need the money for Lyfe I wouldn't work. I work to live I don't live to work.
Wow just wow...that's a lot of accounts. We've had something like 20,000 orders since my dad bought the tombstone company in the late 80s...there are local cemeteries where we have done 80% of all the tombstones. It's insane. My dad just retired 2 years ago and he's 68. He always wanted to retire at 50 but liked what he did. He still comes into the office one or two days a month.
Yup all the other days are $8 admission or $4 if you buy online ahead of time. I like the fair cause the food is reasonably priced, there's dancing and booze at the Maingate and beer garden, rides, games, animals, lots of demonstrations and exhibits..
