  1. I just thought it would be funny....lol. Jersey people seem to be all the cars that pull in at 10 or 11am on the busiest days of the season.
  2. Oh right on next time start a new thread titled Shawnee is closed
  3. LG used to be a great pow stash before it was on the trail map. Some of the best turns of my life were there. Titty deep..
  4. Why is this in a thread from early January holy batman. Big Boulder park trail is a great run and big Boulder also opens early. Plus I like the parking lot. When discussing PA ski areas challenge gets thrown out of the equation as there isn't any challenging terrain in PA White lightning is steep but it's not hard..it's like a 25 second run where razors is a solid minute. Length of run matters a lot to me. Tanglewood is east of Scranton I don't think it exists anymore. I was there for an ASRA race in 2006 and their race run is fun with a compression area which is technical.
  5. A shame you aren't in philly. Could take Southwest Airlines for cheap.
  6. Montage is one of my least favorites. Hate the layout, slow lifts and short runs unless you ride two lifts plus they don't have any steep top to bottom runs. Last time I skied montage in 2008 was with Melissa. Took me 5 hours to ski the vert I ski at blue in two hours. Doubt I'll ever be back. My ranking Blue camelback Jack Frost Big Boulder montage tangle wood Elk I only skied at twice in 1995 doubt I'll ever go back hate the slow lifts and it's far and bear creek I went to once in 1995 and doubt I'll be back except for the disco fries or a private lesson with mandie.
  7. True I don't ski weekend afternoons as much as you do not really on the quad much.
  8. I just liked the sound effects and how he stole that cookie. You know there's one in Allentown this weekend. I've never been to it.
  9. You never know with blue. They might have some tricks up their sleeves or a reopening the following Saturday for Pennsylvania residents only would be nice. I don't even care about the snow for skiing. This weekend to me is a bonus considering the recent weather I just wanna see it snow again!!!
  10. Accuwearher is saying 3-6" Sunday!!!! Wooooooooo
  11. My Facebook friend who works in the office at Blue just posted this. Doesn't look bad. And sorry I don't have any bikini shots of her.
  12. I doubt they even know. Probably almost everything
  13. Well anything coming from the other side most take the lower park run. Some goobers go all the way across to homestetch from the shuttle.
  14. How is Shawnee compared to Blue? Any runs that rival switchback or razors?? Last time I was there was the summer of 1988 I went to Shawnee place with camp log and twig.
  15. Yeah and warm as fuck today. Just looked at the can homestretch isn't that bad still no walking requires. Enjorales I know you are pretty new to skiing but some areas will have signs on thin cover trails that say some walking required. I've seen it at sugarbush and killington.
  16. Fresh snow. NazarethJay and JFDan will you be competing in the pond skimming. Yo dawgs this is major Barb just hit me on my pager and she said they were gonna blow snow this weekend...wow just wow
  17. I think they'll also take snow from areas of the mountain with ample snow and cover bare spots. I don't expect all the trails to be open.
  18. Darn well I'll always remember the time you were sloppy drunk the pond skimming day and sexkitten had to help you in the bathroom. I miss drinking with teenagers.
  19. Sounds like you are gonna bring both lol
  20. Nice this is a great time of year to buy gear. I might check out Buckmans sometimes soon.
  21. New boots old skis except breaking in new boots sucks. What kind of skis did you get?? I'm sure bare spots will be easily avoidable but probably like little pebbles and shit mixed in with the snow. Bring both
  22. With a forecast low in the mid 20s Friday night Blue has the potential to blow a little bit of snow. Do you think there's a chance they will. I imagine lighting up a few guns for a few hours on homestretch could be some of the best PR possible to close out a rough season.
