I'm Surprised ski areas are still blowing snow but I saw 50s and rain next week. Person on blues Facebook page said they are staying open late to make up for bad start. I will believe it when I see it.

We'll prob be in bed by 10pm anyway it's tough when my Montana buddy is in town and he wants to be out till 2am and then I wake up at 7am with double vision. Just good that toast wants to go to the bars and go drinking with me since atomic Jeff isn't a bar person. Can't wait to sit on the saddles at the cowboy bar..if any fly ladies wanna save a horse they can ride this cowboy yeeeee haaaaa Also on the tram they played paradise city and last dance with Mary Jane. People here love songs that are 30 years old. Better than that take a load off Annie hippie dippy shit. Fortunately our bus driver played techno and club music...made me wanna pop a molly

January 30, 2016 Day 5 of 9 Hey all, I'm done with another fun day at Jackson hole mountain resort. We managed the second civilian gondola as out pilot buddy had the first one. First run on amphitheater was great. Nice semi stiff cord..plenty of cushion for the pushing. Second run we skied that again then skied Grand which was grand. Up sublette for bivoac and bivoac woods...all of the fluff from the last few days is gone but the snow was nice and chalky. We then skied Pepi's run which was bumps named after former Olympian and Jackson hole resident Pepi Stiegler then skied over to Thunder up thunder and cut over to the Casper chair up Casper and skied a variety of groomers to the base. We then boarded the Tram and it was Toasts first time on the legendary aerial tramway which travels 2.5 miles and 4139 vertical feet in 9.5 miles. We thought about getting waffle sandwiches at corbetts cabin but passed on that and then went down rendezvous bowl which was mainly bumps it wasn't good and wasn't bad. Then bivoac again and up sublette and we traversed over to the top of thunder and over to the thunder woods which weren't as good as yesterday. Was like skiing in a luge track. Then up thunder over to apres vous up apres vous and I was beat so took a last groomer to the base and atomic Jeff and toast skied a few more runs while I hung out on a bench outside the Bridger center giving out likes on Facebook. We had a nice lunch at the alpenhof and now are riding the bus back to town. Tomorrow looks like a hard pack day and then will snow the next three days. Tonight after supper I'm gonna give toast a tour of Jackson bars. The plan is to hit up 4 bars. Should be fun.

Planned a few weeks ago but surprised me.

Yup our last two days are gonna be powder days..who knows maybe it will continue dumping and we'll be stuck here even longer!!!

Day 4 of 9...January 26th Hey all, I'm back from another fun day at Jackson hole. Me, atomic Jeff and toast snagged the first gondola and there were titty sparkles in the air. We warmed up with amphitheater and Laramie bowl which were both carpets then hit up bivoac woods which were very nice. Then up sublette and ten sleep bowl which was nice wind buff and the cirque which was variable and not that great. Somewhere fairly early we hit up Dicks ditch. Just wanna let you all know that at least today I don't like Dick..I mean dicks ditch as it was kind of rough and my feet were hurting a little as it was scrapped down at the bottom to the hardback. Then up teewinot and up apres vous to Saratoga bowl which was mad Katie perry...hot and cold. I then split up from dem boyz and headed over to Casper lodge for a soft pretzel and a Gatorade for $11 then met back up with toast and atomic Jeff at the thunder after doing a few Casper laps. They were raving about the thunder woods so I skied a run with them in them and yes the woods were real nice and soft like my favorite color....butter. Then at the bottom I Hollywood for all those on the thunder lift to show them that I'm the best skier on the mountain well at least because Tommy Moe and Lyndey dyer were probably eating waffles. The sounds of wahahahahaoey echoed through the woods. Back on thunder again and the lift stopped for like 15 minutes and then ran on diesal. The boys did the woods again and my legs were feeling like a small container used to consume alcoholic spirits...shot. I ended taking a 3,000 vert cruiser back to the base only stopping to take pictures of some titty sparkles. Then to the mangy moose for three pictures and some food. New waitress went to middlebury college and then on the bus lady gave us all beers and I invited her back to the room for spicy party mix and she called me a creeper. All in all a fun day. Me, toast and atomic Jeff polished off 3 pitchers of Pacos at the mangy moose. Then a lady on the bus gave us all a can of Pacos for the ride home and I told her I had some spicy party mix back in the room and she called me a creeper. Gosh I guess more spicy party mix for me!!!! Those people didn't have avy gear and apparently one of them was on 165 length rentals..no diss to those who ski on short skis. I don't have any Avalanche education or Avalanche gear so that's why I stay inbounds. Almost every time I've visited Jackson hole there's been a death or two in the side country...the terrain is steep and rugged!!!

Taking a Gatorade break skied a ton of runs this morning. The powder is gone.
