  1. Maybe later in the day people are gonna be digging out first. I've never seen blue packed immediately after a major snowstorm. A day or two later yes. If this storm happened Thursday-Friday..Sunday would be packed.
  2. Blue might get skunked..more likely JF and Camelback will. Storm is trending a bit south. Jersey is gonna get hammered though.
  3. Did you see how strong the winds are gonna be??? You want virgin pow be a rider of the storm or go off trail.
  4. 11" Not that busy cause people will be digging out Depends how much you like your skis I don't see crowds being insane if it dumps as much as predicted.
  5. Saturday's gonna be the pow day. Sunday will be brutally groomed.
  6. Wow they should make you guys wear name tags.
  7. Sounds like Polefiling to me.
  8. And put up a parking lot
  9. Be glad you're not in Virginia. My parents spent 3 hours driving 8 miles due to a half inch of snow and ice down in Arlington. They said there were like 50 accidents.
  10. Must be a Jibhonk thing at bear creek.
  11. It won't be that deep for the drive to the hill. Prob under 6" for opening.
  12. Latest models bring precipitation shield farther north. I'm calling for 12-18"+ for the Lehigh valley.
  13. Made it work..added two nights onto reservation. Now I'm hoping you all get 3+ feet
  14. And only $191 additional for two rooms for two nights at the 49er wow
  15. Well you got your powder at mad river glen so you're good. Right now working with airlines and central reservations to fly out to Jackson hole before the storm.
  16. Wow just wow you responded fast.
  17. Phillycore are your new pow skis rocketed???
  18. In powder if you ski fast you float and its a great feeling. On less pitched trails in powder you might just get stuck.
  19. This shows how quickly snowfall amounts drop off. Ok cause at blue only a few runs have the pitch to ski fast when there's more than a few inches fresh.
  20. Elk is the southernmost Vermont area.
  21. You sure about Scranton. Looks to be too far north. Anyway where this storms winds up dumping is still TBD. With every model run there are changes. I'm still hoping this thing goes out to sea so my flights to Jackson are fine Sunday.
  22. Does BC have anything steep enough to ski a foot of heavy wet snow on??
  23. Bear creek might get triple as much snow as blue. Your best bet might be driving up Friday evening and staying overnight near blue.
  24. Has anybody seen Nastar Glenn???
