Ok cool there was w previous poster who was a big roller coaster enthusiast. I used to get a season pass at dorney park when I was a kid and live two miles from there. Been to Six Flags Great Adventure, The Great Escape, Le Ronde, Hershey Park, Six Flags Over Georgia, Kennywood, Busch Gardens Williamsburg and many other theme parks but the last roller coaster I was on was at NYNY casino in Vegas in 2010. I prefer hard ice cream to dippin dots as well!!!!! Anyway I'm sure I'll meet you at blue one of these days.

Oh Lordy...wooo I wonder if atomic Jeff is carrying a man purse and kissing men on each cheek so he doesn't look like a tourist. -
When was that??? The 80s?? I remember paying about $360 for the 1995-96 season when I was in 11th grade. Funny thing was that my skis back then cost just as much as skis today..like 3-400 dollars since I had to get them from Nestor's vs online. That's back when the major resorts were cracking the $50 lift ticket barrier. Now a few dozen areas at over $100 Are you kidding about the roller coasters and theme parks??? Do you like ice cream??? I like dippin dots..the ice cream of the future.

tnt you analyze your skiing way to much just go to blue Saturday and Sunday and ski with PASRs!!

You have until March 31 for the early bird just like normal seasons. Their late start meant a major loss in cash flow and they need to start selling next years season passes. Enjoralas this deal might be a good opportunity for you to become a season pass holder since you can ski for the rest of this season as well. I don't think blue is worried about losing pass holders to camelback cause they know they are number 1 In the Ray Tuthill days season pass prices weren't announced until early fall.

There was hardly any natural snow at Stowe to begin with. You know you can fly southwest from Newark to Denver for like $119 each way. Might be an option if you want good snow.
-
Your season pass gets you invited to exclusive season pass holders parties woo hoo. Have there been any this season so far. I prefer just buying my pass in November for more money. I still have a ski trip in Colorado to pay for and am gonna need lots of new gear. After ten years I'm finally gonna need w new helmet as well and after 8 years new ski pants.

He's the guy on the left. Well your kid will get more runs in the bumps during the practice but I think if she's a bump enthusiast she'll have more fun just skiing Barneys bumps and the bumps on nightmare for fun and not being judged. Most bump competitions are two runs. Yesterday's rain didn't hurt Vermont that bad. By the weekend major runs up there should be resurfaced. You have to realize that in a normal ski season Vermont has consistently worse conditions than PA due to all the freeze thaws and brutal cold. Where were you planning on skiing in Vermont???

They need the money and they always start selling early bird passes the second half of February. Nothing new. It's not blues fault the weather was bad early season. Behave yourself TP4 or I'm gonna give you a demerit. No idea call blue. I think blue was super vague about buddy passes so people wouldn't use them.

I expect moderate crowds at best. Presidents weekend has passed and most natural snow is gone..plus it's gonna be about 50 degrees this weekend. Bumps should be nice and soft with overnight lows only getting down to around freezing. Yeah and I heard that blue was butt hurt when the event was called flying johnnys bump competition. I actually only saw flying Johnny once last season at blue. I think he's mostly at bear creek since he lives in Barto.

TP4 you at Blue??? Give us a report!!! -
Yes but it's not advertised at all. I wish they just gave a voucher. Anyway you go to the ticket office with season pass and they'll give you a day ticket for a friend. The cost of season passes at blue have barely gone up over the years. Shit 20 years ago when I was in high school it was like $350.

I don't think Chris and flying Johnny are in charge of the bumps anymore. Yeah haven't seen Chris more than a few times and haven't seen flying Johnny at all. They used to be at blue almost everyday.

Hopefully it's better for tomorrow. I should be up late morning. I'll post some pictures of the spine on Facebook. -
With an easy course will be tougher for Chris and flying Johnny to destroy the competition.

It's crazy that this mogul race is free. I still don't get how there's enough pitch for a mogul run on school hill.

Wow reminds me of when Bruce from epicski physically picked up a kid who was sitting on the last corner of paradise and deposited him on the side of the trail. I believe he went to court for assault.
