  1. Good forecast starting New Years. I'm guessing blue reopens between the 6th and 8th
  2. I've never been fazed by thin cover. If blue was like that I'd be there.
  3. Be happy as fuck weed, you work for the only open pocono resort. Thanks Weed let PASR know about tomorrow cause some are contemplating a trip tomorrow.
  4. Wow sounds spicy. If you guys were better with updating your FB could prob get more people. If people wake up and see JF is open they will prob be more likely to go. Your update yesterday was good but I don't remember seeing pictures and xmas is a slow day on the book.
  5. Thanks for the info. PoconoOceanCity should be posting pictures soon. I wish I could have been up there for real time updates.
  6. Nice when heather was at Jack Frost/BB she was really good to the PASRs even made us a banner. But seriously at 8am y'all should have updated FB page...and more throughout the day with riders and skiers enjoying the park. I'm a marketing guy myself. How wide would you say the ribbon is?
  7. Who's in charge of the FB page. I was sad to see no updates today on FB
  8. Unless you are Jackson hole. 4 more weeks!!!! I'm guessing blue will be open around the 8th so should be able to get in a handful of days before then.
  9. Thanks looking forward to pictures. Why is it a downer morning?? You're open!!!
  10. No corvette is his summer car. He had some sort of luxury SUV for his carpool group. I remember once TTC6 got melissa, me, bob and sexkitten on a list for some exclusive club in Philly then scolded all of us for not showing up.
  11. Hunter is a technical gem when everything is open.
  12. That is really lame. Within minutes of blues opening there were tons of pictures. Maybe with Weedreemer in charge of marketing things will get better.
  13. 60 degrees and rain tomorrow wow. PoconoOceanCity said he just arrived at JF I'm looking forward to seeing pictures. I remember stalking TTC6 through one park at Jackson frost in 2009. I just checked out hunters cams doesn't look terrible will be hard for them to last till January 1st when they can blow snow again.
  14. Weed any pictures from today at JF. Nothing on your FB page.
  15. I'm still waiting for weed or POC to post pics
  16. That's why camelback is number 2
  17. Jack Frost is now #8 in PA
  18. No Jews allowed but a private club can have who they want. My Montana buddy Tom used to snowboard. Before he was a crappy snowboarder and now he's a crappy skier. They shouldn't beef they are so similar. Both of them breathe air and support our second amendment right to bare arms. They also both like cheeseburgers.
  19. For blue skiing with snowboarders isn't a huge issue but at big mountains it can be if there are traverses and shit. Doesn't apply to TP4 and VTMark cause they can hold their speed. Mountain coasters aren't on the snow though it's totally separate and they are fun
  20. It's like a skate park not allowing scooters. It's not discrimination in MRGs case cause a snowboarder is welcome to ski there. Not like an establishment that is whites only. A black person can't just paint themself white.
  21. Thanks GSSucks for taking the time to post a report and pictures. Grand targhee was going off this last week. I believe they recorded 22" in a 24 hour period. I have 5 total days at targhee between 2005-2009. It's a cool mountain and when it's not socked in there are cool views of the grand Tetons. Apres vous at JH is a good place to stay away from the crowds on a pow day. The hardcores ignore it and the goobs stay in the middle of the groomed pistes. Right under the lift is a decent face to Hollywood for the riders above. Sure rendezvous bowl will be deeper but less frantic and faster access.
  22. It's good for stoke and sometimes backend squalls and wraparound snow can really add up. Back in 1999 around November 20th the week before thanksgiving it snowed at least two feet of snow at Stowe and sugarbush and Stowe. They went from having s few white ribbons of death to ropes dropping every 15 minutes. I remember skiing the woods between nosedive and goat on like 20" of snow and while at blue 20" is quite adaquate for nearly everything at blue that amount with all the big rocks and boulders at Stowe made things spicy. Any decent storm in northern Vermont can turn into s jackpot it they get the predicted snowfall plus the backend orographic lifting provided by s 4,000 foot elevation gradient. I wanna make it up there later this season. I'll let you know in advance. I'll show you some cool woods.
  23. They've gotta be psyched about this at mad river glen!!!
  24. Wow just wow I don't think POC has ever post pictures before. I wish there was a way to post big pictures directly to the forum like on other forums.
