  1. Most aren't comfortable driving over 80mph myself included.
  2. Might be nowhere open by then. Don't see anywhere but Killington being open in Vermont.
  3. Wow never knew that TP4. I don't go that far west.
  4. Back into the 70s midweek. Yesterday was too early to wear my fleece.
  5. Yup chains have to keep to a certain standard sort of like how the 49er in Jackson hole is affiliated with quality inn and has improved over the years. They even have flat screens now and recliners. Travel Inn Rutland And Rutland is pretty much the armpit of Vermont. The sirloin saloon also shutdown.
  6. Stowe had some fresh snow. Looks like decent conditions if you have rock skis. http://www.tetongravity.com/video/ski/did-you-ski-this-weekend
  7. Whitetail Golf course??
  8. Of course I am I make my predictions based off of history, not hunches Gonna warm up you might have to cut the grass again. Wow Burton71 is back on PASR working he's the man.
  9. That budget motel is gross I won't stay there again and there's also a travel inn that's gross.
  10. Very thick frost this morning. When I walked down the hill outside my place I fell on my bum. My neighbors prob thought I was trying to whip and nay nay. Definitely December. Slight chance for November.
  11. This is my favorite picture from the KZone page.
  12. Two pairs of skis with poles in a large heavy bag with two fleeces is like 49.5 pounds. They always say that when weighing it like wow you just got under the 50 pounds. No shit I weigh the bags before I leave. Last season on my two trips I paid no baggage fees. Flew united with atomic Jeff and no fees due to his status and flew southwest and no fees cause its southwest. Lugging a bunch of ski gear in airports is a pain. The most important thing is to keep boots as carryon. They lose your skis it's easy to rent a comparable pair. You lose boots have fun in rentals.
  13. Oh Lordy wahahahahooey
  14. Why wouldn't I know all those numbers. Doesn't everybody remember everything they see or hear forever or is that just me. Fuck I remember meals I ate at Chilis and red robin with the scholastic scrimmage team in 1996...yeah that's a humble brag. When do you even deal with employees at camelback. When redeeming free alien pass...they're prob pissed they have to wear a fleece vest indoors. Must be warm lol.
  15. Due to my work I know all about populations because my potential customers is directly correlated to population as the current annial death rate is about .8% which now is the lowest it will be in our lifetimes due to an extremely low birthrate from 1930-1945. NJ has 9 million people...most are in the northern 2/3..so lets call it 7.5 million north 2/3 of jersey(prob higher) North/central NJ 7.5 million Philadelphia county 1.5 million Bucks county 600k Montgomery county 800k Chester county PA 500K Lehigh county 350k Northampton county 300k Berks county 400K Schuylkill county pa 150K Monroe county 170k Pike county 60k NYC 5 boroughs 8.4 million Nassau county population 1.35 million West chester county population 1 million New castle county DE 550k Lackawanna/luzerne 500k I get like 23 million here I just remember our market being like 26 million people within a 2 hour drive of Allentown I didnt include Harrisburg metro above which is another 500k. Anyway maybe it's closer to 20 million but its a very concentrated population. I think the 26 million figure was the Philly metro area of 6 million plus the NYC metro area of 20 million and outlying areas are over 2 hours from the camel. Justo you aren't the average PA ski resort customer...average Tom dick and Phoengs view going to a ski resort like going to an amusement park..it's something they do a few times a year tops so having things like a mountain coaster, zip line, waterpark, multiple restaurants, live music and other attractions are more important than long runs and a top terrain park.
  16. Shadows you go there with a girl??? I like the paid stickers. Not worth going to jail over apple cidar and Dougnutz
  17. Shadows what does the roof matter??? People may call the project overkill but think of all the jobs the construction along with running the resort have provided. Big boost to the local economy.
  18. Barb looks warm in Boulder. My friend in Utah says its 80. Almost fruitcake weather around here.
  19. Snowing at Stowe and Man River Glen..just a tease as its supposed to warm up the next two weeks.
  20. Nice you're gonna have a blast there!!!!! Don't bring weed back on the plane!!!
  21. Flurries in the forecast for tomorrow. If you are a fan of glass I recommend visiting Corning. You know glass is made from sand. Learned that when I visited Corning glass
  22. Having 30 million people in the most affluent part lf the world within a two hour drive and limited competition doesn't hurt.
  23. At my new place heat is included and it just started pumping the other day. Wow is it windy out this morning...seasons are changing although gonna be seasonably mild next week. High 60s
