The valley lodge cafeteria is operated by an concessions company that is not run by blue mountain. Anybody ever eat at the fish and chips stand or Philly cheese steak stand? There's a coffee stand as well but not open until after the lifts open. I still wanna try one of the waffle sangwiches.

November 22nd earliest opening in blues 38 year history and only the 3rd November opening. I'll be very pleased with a mid December opening this year.

No none of those things. I went with ski club in 9th grade and 12th grade. I did manage something like 35,000 vert per day at whiteface but I skied alone to maximize vert as most people I went to high school with were gapers and rentards. Speaking of fast lifts...the main two lifts I use at Jackson hole, thunder and sublette are not high speed but they are super steep and direct and cover about 1500 vert in like 7-8 minutes. The new teton lift is high speed.

When I skied whiteface there were only three runs from the top.

Ive only had the cheesesteak ones and plain. Their cheese fries with old bay seasoning are also good. My dad has owned many companies. I'm glad he bought the tombstone company...alot shorter commute than the pierogie company that's out in berks county.
