  1. Good one TP4...black folks are always so intense lol
  2. It's only November 3rd people. November here is usually 70 degrees. Remember anything before XMAS is a bonus and XMAS is pretty soon. RideDE did you ride at Killington a few weeks ago?
  3. Yeah Larry it's all up to Mother Nature. Blue would wanna open Black Friday if they could.
  4. Oh ok...I've never been a fan of carpooling but my company pays for my gas.
  5. Why would carpooling help???
  6. Jackson hole is getting dumped on. Up to 25" in the forecast. I'm thinking we'll be skiing in about 6 weeks!!!
  7. Shadows this area has a very old average age and with the baby boomers aging a much larger percentage of the population is over age 65 which makes health care more in demand and as was said earlier this area serves rural communities throughout northern bucks, Montgomery, berks county, the poconos and western NJ as well. Wow average age in the Lehigh valley is over age 40 and for the entire United States its under age 37. I imagine Utah has the lowest average age. Yes it is average age in Utah is 29 it's because people have a ton of kids.
  8. Swain has more vert and more runs than bear creek and Jack Frost.
  9. I like sheetz better than WaWa and their drink selection is great as well I don't drink much soda anymore but this I really enjoy from sheetz
  10. Yeah I'd be down with a mega turkey hill less of a drive than sheetz on the way back from blue in case I have a beer piss. I'm guessing it prob won't be built till next year. Definitely a large piece of land.
  11. Blue is a little richer today...lots of people up there today as they have a sale. Also the old building at 248 and blue mountain drive has been demolished and there's now a large empty plot of land. I noticed the change in the landscape immediately.
  12. 31 degrees right now in Allentown. I wonder if the snowmaking cannons are blowing at Blue...I'll see in a few hours when I go up there to pay for my pass. Sure I could do it over the phone but I like going there in person to pay for my pass and then stop at Sheetz on the way home. Haven't been there in months.
  13. I think it is a reality for most PASRs at least if we didnt have other expenses.
  14. Is #2 Allentown Muni?? #3 Riverview??
  15. It was $519 in the spring but I never wanna buy it then. Anyway it's the same price or maybe $10 more than last year. It was stuck at $635 for several years. Anyway I can't think of many better ways to spend almost $700 than on a blue season pass. Shits its just money. Bet you make more than that in a week. 80 hours a week. You work with a headlight? Ski your one day off now that you're making that Johnny Cash!!!
  16. Zonked does. Justo is in center city. Manyunk is not ghetto it's gentrified. It's over $1,000 a month for one bedroom apartments. Shadows blue passes go up on Sunday. You should buy yours tomorrow.
  17. Hopefully you can meet some PASRs at blue this season!!!
  18. We all have hats and extra fleeces so all good. A few days last winter my beer got slushy.
  19. I want it to be super cold. Makes for good conditions.
  20. Prob pete Nestor's. November weather has no influence on the rest of the season. Realistically we don't have solid snowmaking temperatures until early December and often it warms up after the first arctic blast. Major snowfall is also uncommon before XMAS. January and February average almost double the snowfall as December. As long as its cold by about the 20th of November big boulder should have a bonk yard open for Root Friday!!! Last seasons November 22nd blue opening with solid coverage and I believe lazy mile opening day could be a once in a Lyfetime occurrence. Last winter was just so freaking cold.
  21. Why are you worried POC it's not even November yet. Would you consider going somewhere in NY or VT thanksgiving weekend if BB isn't open or visit kragan in CO
