Right now eating lunch at the mid mountain lodge. I had a light breakfast blueberry muffin banana coffee and OJ for free at the Silver Inn and now having a Brisket sang with waffle fries and orange Gatorade. Under $18 not bad. I skied 8 Runs so far and the snow has pretty much let up and you have to traverse around a little more to find fresh untracked. Best stuff was along a spine off of Lenawee lift and I got two great untracked runs in Montazuma bowl. Not many people here prob a little more than a regular weekday. Tourists out number hardcore locals 3 to 1

I'm calling the new snow at ABasin3-4" so far and still coming down. Snow is light to medium Density. 20 degrees when I booted up. Lift ticket $85 close parking for free. I'll post some pictures at lunch. Just taking a safety break after another untracked run.

Waiting the whole season to go out west kind of sucks. Skiing in PA doesn't do much for my western skiing. Today the runs were double or triple as long as I skied the last two months..but by the end of my session I was cranking out top to bottom. Clouds are moving in and depending on which for war as much as 6"-9" could fallin the mountains and its supposed to get alot colder. Probably in the teens to start tomorrow. Anyway I'm back in my room half asleep eating chips and guac. Gotta get over the PA skiing sucks thing. Skiing is awesome period.

There's plenty of snow for tree skiing but the snow in the woods is variable.

I was only on storm king t bar once. Very windy and blowing snow some areas boilerplate and some areas have wind blown chalk definitely not above freezing up there. The rest of the mountain is mainly like pennsylvania packed powder and hardpack pretty good grooms not many divots. When I'm done with lunch I. A few the bottom faces should be pretty soft. Eating lunch at the top of the American eagle lift. Have done ten runs so far including on from top of the t bar to the base which last about 7 minutes. Eating Jambalaya after lunch gonna work my way across the mountain again. I'm parked I. The pay lot at the very base of super bee. Super bee is like a 1800-2000 very high speed six.

First hour at copper has been good. I got five runs in I'd say 80% groomers 10% ungroomed and 10% trees. It's sunny and windy. Snow is softening down low already. BBQs are already being set up but like 12 people here.

Looking like Copper today...it's currently 28 degrees and windy here in Silverthorne. Tomorrow I'm gonna hit ABasin...snow forecast is promising. Could be some good blown in spots alone the report mentioned the spine skiing well.

It's so early here 628 in the PM...I think the sunsets pretty late here since I'm closer to the equator. The guy at the dispensory is from the poconos near JF/BB and played soccer next to Dorney Park. He looks like the long haired guy from Workaholics!!!

In my rental car. Nissan murano. I could have rented a BMW 528i xdrivd for $27 a day more. Flight got in on time. Tons of crying babies and immigrants. Gotta love southwest. Lady next toe had terrible perfume and kept facing woman next to her and her hair kept getting on me. Oh well only had to wait an hour for 3 ounces of soda pop. In bad Denver traffic now. Going straight to silverthorne will get weed, check in at hotel and get dinner. I think copper mountain tomorrow.

At the Newark airport. Got here super early flight leaves in an hour and a half. Short lines for check in and security.

That was a really cool story!!!!! Phillycore did you ever get checked out...there've been people who've had a bad fall and concussion but didnt get checks out and literally checked out hours or days later. Where are you staying in Vegas???

You're hardcore and after the following weekend KMart will still probably be open another month...after my Colorado trip I think I'll be done. That's neat that there was a GS course open to the public. I've never seen that before. I thought it was a liability to have gates open to the public. Toast those are some near decorations. The snow forecast is showing snow Wednesday and Thursday in the Colorado Rockies!!! Not so warm either.
