  1. Yeah those great American Hero stories were MSY...mad steezy yo!!!
  2. Coolest story ever!!!
  3. SMH shaking my Herman!!!!
  4. Does parking at JF fill up fast normally?
  5. We used to meet at a random time like 9am at the top of the six pack at blue.
  6. How do the ski areas make any money with these deals? I guess they figure alot of the passes go unused. Ski2Live u gotta meet up with some PASRs this season.
  7. Pack a lunch and stay out of the bar lol. Ski from 9-3..what's the big deal. U can get in 40 runs in that amount of time. Barb and Jim and Heidi are u reading this thread. U are gonna lose business.
  8. That's nuts that there are wild poneys and horses on the beach in Deleware. The last time I went to the beach in Deleware was Bethany and I was 9 years old. Then the next summer my grandparents bought their house in ocean city NJ and that's the only beach I went to and now I don't go to the beach.
  9. Burton71 I thought u were rich and isn't six hours enough time for Blue? I'd think with slumming it at bear creek you'd hit Blue every chance you got.
  10. They don't gain much I think it's more that they won't be selling morning or afternoon tickets anymore so people can show up at 10 or 11am and just get a 6 hour ticket vs waiting till noon for an afternoon pass. Doesn't matter to me. Some businesses just like making changing. I'm not big on change but my boss cant sit still and always wants to rearrange things.
  11. Blues management has always been out of touch. TP4 was telling me he often used to sell expires RFID tickets to people to teach them a lesson...the lesson being don't buy a ticket from someone in the parking lot go to the ticket office. He was actually helping Blue mountain!!!
  12. It's an option..then they get 12 hours of skiing in.
  13. Can't they just buy a second 6 hour pass? In my opinion 6 hours is plenty of time to ski...I don't think many people will be mad or care about this. I see the previous open to close pass as giving people too many opportunities to resell their tickets in the parking lot. With the six hour pass most will stay at least 4-5 hours so will likely be less tickets being resold and transferred.
  14. Wow why are u getting sued???
  15. Do they still sell an open to close pass?
  16. http://www.skimtholly.com/
  17. Why not Okemo??? Try somewhere new that's a bit larger. Belleayre is pretty small. It's closer to most pocono resorts in size than the larger VT mountains.
  18. The dog isn't even 1 year old yet. Has more swagger than me. I don't even have a backpack.
  19. A pass like this seems to make sense as most don't arrive at the mountain till 9-10am anyway.
  20. The website doesn't even show prices or hours.
  21. I've never skied at Bromley but Stratton has much more terrain and modern facilities than Belleayre. Belleayre is also in a lodging desert with nothing more than a few fleabag motels in the area and one high end resort/spa. If given the choice I'd drive the extra hour to Vermont although I think it's a bit longer of a drive than that. At Stratton you have longer runs, more tree skiing and its a true resort.
  22. Nice I haven't been to the beach in years have fun.
  23. That's cool. I didn't know u were allowed to camp on the beach.
  24. Bear Creek will hopefully open by XMAS. Early season at Blue is fun cause I get to see all the maroon coat bear creek instructors. Monday and Tuesday nights look like good snowmaking temperatures all the way down to Spring mountain. Lows of 25 and 23 for Allentown.
