Hey All, I’m back from another fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot around 835am and once again they had the southwest part of the valley lot closed so I parked in Kansas. It was about ten degrees at the base and high teens at the summit under sunny skys with minimal wind. In the house were NmSki, Johnny law, C1er, Nastar Glenn and atomic Jeff. We began on the super summit safari six pack and it stopped when we got on and stopped again for a few minutes. Main Street was western groomer. Over to the quad and I skied challenge four times in a row and wow was it a freaking carpet and no people on it. The line for the quad was getting long so back to the SSSS. Down Widowmaker to chute to lower Main Street and chute had a little ice. Only real ice I found all day. I skied Main Street again and then they opened the OG six and it stopped a few times. I skied sidewinder which was nice but crowded, challenge again and ended on Razors Driving back Blue mountain drive was closed right at the upper entrance so had to take the long way home through paradise. Now at work like a dork have some lady who’s tombstone is wrong..JADIP

Hey All, It’s almost another weekend and it’s as mid winter as mid winter gets so I’m guessing some of y’all or all of y’all are fixing to do some skiing and riding. Is anybody gonna be at Blue mountain the true mountain Friday or Saturday or Sunday? I’ll be in the Hiz-ouse..Friday opening to 1030ish got an appointment after lunch…Sunday AM for sure…Saturday I might actually come a little late or not at all cause I have an event Friday night and it’s only like 8-12 but after party and after that prob Waffle House I don’t know. But as Meatloaf once said two out of three ain’t bad..gonna be a nice weekend!!!!

I haven’t been in a few years but doesn’t sound like fresh sausage to me…and that’s what I always ordered and in my fatter days would want corned beef hash also.

The father of a local blogger was one of the charecters from the slaughterhouse five. I remember reading Breakfast of Champions, a lot better than Breakfast at Tiffany’s but not as good as breakfast at the blue mountain drive inn.

That’s a really nice response of theirs. I’ve had customers who are alot more pissed than you and my response was like,”sorry, we’re doing the best we can…I’ll make a few phone calls and resolve this”… as @Johnny Law says we are just gooey bits of matter spinning around a rock spinning around a star sliding down frozen water on wood at metal….and yes I shot the sheriff but I swear it was in self defense…

Hey All, I’m back from another fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. Slow drive up and I arrived at the lower lot at 724am and it was around 10 degrees under partly sunny sky’s. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Johnny Law, Oz, JFDan, Dirtwolf, PARidge, Nazareth Jay and a handful of others. OG Six pack first to challenge which was nice packed powder, a little firm, I skied that again and then razors which was a little firm at the top but nice packed powder in the center. Main Street was also very nice and I repeated that. Sidewinder and switchback were left ungroomed and I skipped those. I revisited challenge and some little cookies had churned up. I also skied nightmare Dreamweaver twice and it was decent after the first big turn..with a couple features set up. The sun rose brightly and it didn’t feel that frigid…now back at work like a dork and people to call back.

I’d say 5”+ west side of Allentown. I just cleaned off my car and it’s very drifty the first inch or two of snow heavy and wet and the rest is going wherever the wind will take it. Could be treacherous roadways as the temperature drops
